Darestrum I'm curious, is my brain the only one with a automatic alarm clock built into it? Everytime I decide to sleep in on a weekend or go to bed at like....idk 3am? my brain will be like. "Hey bro you set me to 9 o'clock remember?" and I'll wake up at 9am every single day unless im woken up before that... every single day for the past year its been like this. I don't like it at all. False, the human body has always had an internal alarm clock dependant on how often you wake up at a single time. If you sleep to the same point say...three times then that's where your internal clock will be set.
