Started a podcast with some friends about MSPA. Most of us are still new to the whole podcast thing, and have a lot of problems we need to correct. But it was not unlistenable. Another podcast, that we didn't even know about until the set-up for our first podcast (And very humbly stated in our podcast that we weren't trying to compete with them), decided to try and both tell us to ******** off, but also tried blackball us from the official and fan music teams. In absolutely no uncertain terms. One of the guys from the music team is on our podcast. He's a main contributor. We're also all friends with many of the music team members, and other very important people behind homestuck. It's why we started the project in the first place. We had the connections, we had the people, and we'd been having hamsteak discussions for well over half a year. Herp derp way to go guys. Skizzors It might be worth something that I still look 12. I'm not much better off. Apparently I look like I'm 14, and sound like I'm either an 11 year old girl, or a 12 year old boy.

I flipped out last night because I realized I still had three quarters of Dead Island left to play. The background noise is exceptional at keeping me on edge, creating similar sounds to zombie cries without necessarily having them be around. A great deal of forward progress has been halted by a hiss over the intercom, causing me to whirl around three or four times, searching for what I'm convinced is death dashing on my heels.
Dead Island is a good game.

Shoujo Phoenix Dead Island looks pretty awesome... It is. Take Borderlands (and AG live fave already), add Dead Rising and season liberally with dashes of L4D. Kin ain't shitting you about the ambient noises making you paranoid either. Not only do you here shuffles, rattles, moans, and growls, but in some areas you hear the roars and howls that some of the larger and nastier zombies make. Worse yet, some barely make any noise, even when they're onto you and charging to attack. Hiya Skizz! How's the school life treatin' ya? Also, have you been watching Beelzebub or Tiger & Bunny? Wait... I still have fish?!? I'd have figured they would have been dead long ago.

Streamjumper Hiya Skizz! How's the school life treatin' ya? Also, have you been watching Beelzebub or Tiger & Bunny? Pretty good, academically! But in general, uh, I have s**t to do as far as being socially functioning goes--turns out I am less shy and more, err, moderate to serious social anxiety. sweatdrop So I have to figure out about campus therapy offerings and... you know, do that. BUT MY GRADES ARE GOOD THAT'S COOL RIGHT... RIGHT I watched like four episodes of Tiger & Bunny and then I forgot. Ditto No. 6, except five episodes of that one. I managed to finish Madoka! But I haven't heard of Beelzebub?
