IIRC, the guild was covertly divided in an effort to excise a divisive individual. It inevitably didn't go well. Individual predictably wandered off anyways not too much later. Grudges linger. War never changes.
Also, I think someone set us up the bomb.
Lately a lot of the inactivity has been due to a lot of the remaining AG contingent being busy with real life as the graduate, get jobs, get their own places, and deal with the s**t vortex that daily life can become these days (remember to wear a life vest, Shouj. And boil yourself thoroughly afterwards... that stuff can't be sanitary).

Live chat is fun, and co-opping with people tends towards hilarious fun. Our collective is Me, Kin, Zero, Suyo, and Zelly. Psy should be joining us soon, WJ is sometimes on but has no mic; Pi is on, but generally unavailable due to watching netflix; Shouj might join us when her situation permits, and Cynder may be scooping up XBL gold soon along with Saints Row 2 (one of the preferred co-op games) since he got to hear the mayhem of Kin and I playing it.
Well ok. Not exactly playing it so much as stealing random vehicles and seeing which ones we could jump over a church in the Suburbs while the cops chased us, but you get the idea...
