3.14 Streamjumper 3.14 Also, I have been getting back into playing L4D2. Anybody want to play this weekend? Mostly Saturday night. Don't got it. I might eventually pick up the first one though... then maybe the second. For now, I'm mostly doing Saints Row 2 with Kin and messing around with a few others like Bad Company, Homefront, and Metro 2033. Shouj has RDR and a gold account now, though, so maybe the lot of us might want to fire up some AG posse antics this weekend? That could happen! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are all good for me. I've got all the DLC (if you're interested, they're selling a pack with all 3 pay DLCs for 1000 points right now, and the one with the 4 co-op missions is free) and I'm at a relatively decent multiplayer level after passing into Legend 1. We might be able to pick up Kin and Mala too... WJ as well if he got a new headset. Tsu's a remote possibility, but time zones and server lag could rear their ugly head. I think a few others have it too...

They've already told us they won't be localizing it. I'm going to go sob in a corner now. On Soviet Gaia, messenger shoot you! (brandishes a gun and a crazed grin in Psy's general direction) Still gonna get the 3DS, or is it mostly ruined for you at this point? Of course I'll still get it. It'll just be awhile before I can afford it.

Streamjumper Zelyhon Well, it seems like we didn't get around to discussing Kore wa Zombie, as we'd proposed originally. Any interest in trying to start something for this upcoming season, everyone? I'm still interested in doing a group watch with AG members, like old times. http://53rg10.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/spring_2011.jpgThere's a list of new things starting this season. Anything stand out as something we'd all like to watch? Hmmm... We're probably going to want to avoid a sequel series as not to leave anyone with required homework viewing if they haven't seen the previous stuff. That still leaves a handful of stuff to look at. Are we going to want something sillier or something more serious? We've gone both ways in the past. One idea, since we're all going on vague impressions here, would be for each person seriously considering taking part in this to nominate a different show they think has potential. Then people try to download and watch the first two episodes before deciding on one or two for the group to yammer on about. I really wish some of you had been watching the Index/Railgun stuff with me... one half-season and three full-seasons of long serious plot arcs, great interraction, and plenty of goofy stuff to break up the tedium. Also, eye-candy fit for just about anyone's tastes. And since I'm assuming that you've managed to watch at least some of Kore wa Zombie Desu-ka, what do you think? It's a pretty funny show. I've enjoyed what I've seen of it so far. Definitely a bit weird, but it's nice to get that anime oddness back in my viewing schedule, since I haven't sat down and watched a new series in a long time. And for all those interested in the potential watch-along, I've started a thread to nominate what we might want to check out. I'll post the link for the new shows in there and we can discuss/nominate things.
