"Alright then." Cerri slipped away from Juno and headed up the stairs quickly. Opening the door to the room the young couple shared, she left it that way, then went to their bed and pulled the covers back.

Juno's face took on a look of mock horror. "I am not a hardened pervert. I think you lose points for that remark. Hmph." Turning to Arlen, his face softened. He scratched his head. "Sorry about that. Just trying to get you to undertand the arm positions." He looked over Arlen's progress. "Wonderful. Thats really good. Only, shift your arm a little farther under her head. Its very important to support her there. There's alot of stress on the nape of her neck right now, so that particular spot needs lots of attention. Other than that, you're good to go. Oh, and be sure to lift her as smoothly as possible. If you'd like, I can help you get her off the couch, if you think you might have trouble."

"Uh huh" she said then stood and sat right back down blinking dizzly. She realized it had been a while since she'd actually eaten. looks like she was paying for it now

Arlen nodded, and shifted his arm before carefully standing so as not to jostle her or lose his hold. He paused at the bottom of the stair case when Ukaia spoke. "Thank you," he said, his voice failing to mask the stabbing pain in his heart. Not wanting to talk more, he continued up the stairs, beeing extra careful to carry lily properly.

"Eating would be a very good idea.. Or vincent will kill me since i haven't really eaten yet" she said sheapishly then thought about it
"Nothing.. I haven't seen my teacher since he dropped off vincent.. so no new magic.. and i've been pretty usless so.. just kind of around" she said with forced chearfullness as sh estood slower this time and kept her balance

[Hearing Arlen approach with Lily, Cerri moved away from the bed, then sighed. There had to be something... had to be- Suddenly, she went completely still, chasing a thought. "There we go. There we go!" Rapidly, she went to the trunk where Lily kept most of her books and magical artifacts, and began to dig through it.

Juno followed Arlen up to the room, just to be on teh safe side. Hearing the rustling, he called, "Cerri, what are you up to?"

Arlen set Lily down on the bed, gently stroking her hair from her face. Standing up he was a bit miffed to find Juno there, he was hoping to talk to Cerri alone. "What are you looking for?" he asked Cerri quietly.
