@Omi: Ohhh... 0=; ...well, the main reason why Fierce is so tough is because he's extremely hard to kill. If he died, you'd know it for certain...he can't fake death, because if you can still see him he's ::twitch:: still alive. > 0;;

The only character I have with a massive power draw or 'other form' is Rivven, because when I designed him and his backstory it was with intention of having him survive in a place that appeared to be built far more powerful and open ended than any RP I'd done before then.
But despite that, the Ahj'Kratuel is intended to have its release happen only a single time, in plotline, to settle things. Because under the wrong conditions, it'll wreak absolute havoc, killing Rivven and pretty much everything within a pretty hefty radius.
He also has possibility of falling too far under its influence in the point he was last in the designated canon RP for him, though it seems like here might as well be canon as well so far. Put-together body falling apart, grief catching up to him (which is its element as much as water), and exposed to a lot of demonic influence that might make the less tightly restricted sleeper try and sit up.
But so far the only actual movement of it was during that last match. I don't use it as resource to keep him alive when he's losing, he has less drastic fall backs for that. He has a complex sort of internal magic system that does a lot of different functions for him, including binding and controlling the Ahj'Kratuel, and Mindblaze dipped his fingers into that. >_<
The Ahj'Kratuel sort of poured its awareness into Rivven, overwhelming him, for a little there, but it never actually got loose.

I never made a character that had a 'transformation'... I find them sort of... gheyish. I mean, I can see someone pulling out all the stops for a short burst of "allmypower", but I don't see how it really makes sense for someone to go "I change slightly and increase my strength tenfold out of desperation".
The two characters I have that do have some sort of 'more powerful state' don't have a transformation, or some savage demonic entity powering them that they can give themselves over to in return for power...
One of them is timid, shy, and so afraid of his own power that he's always holding it back instinctively and the only time it can really come out is when the D.I.D. personality which is an uninhibited manifestation of his repressed stronger emotions comes out... though that's not really a "ohmanI'mgonnabreakyourfacewithmightyrage" thing as it is that the second one just sort of turns the first one off an goes "It's my turn to have fun now".
The other one... he is the savage demonic entity that he can give himself over to in return for power. It's always there, he just doesn't use it unless he feels that he needs to, which either comes through a deep moral decision to ******** someone up in a hard way, or when they manage to crack off some of that hard-earned self-control that he developed to keep himself from slaughtering villages again.

Trei doesn't actually transform... T1 refers to his max Level in my levelling system.

Transformation is the wrong term.
But everyone has a second or different name for their character when he goes all out, or at least a lot of people here seem to.
Rivven's is just when he's weak mentally and something his assisting the demon in overcoming the safety measures, it takes over the body and magic from it.
And the demon prefers a shape that's not human, so it generally goes out of it's way to add onto his form until it resembles its, as took place in the match. At which point, Rivven and the demon are at a dead lock, and I start calling it "Arberus".
If the demon is in charge, not restricted and sleeping or even with him, it'd just tug loose of him, kill everything, and go nap somewhere with lots of water.

The way my character's progressed, and because of certain plotlines that've somewhat given him a blessing in terms of growth - that 'state' I refer to, like I said, is damned difficult for most conventional characters to defeat. In fact: It's difficult period. Not due to "HAH HAAAH! I GOT 10X MY ENERGY!" or some bullshit as that, but because of other, more.. pressing issues.
But, besides going berserk in a hurry, the exact nature of this state can be pretty damned unruly. To a point where, it's dangerous for him to be in it by a bit; I've not even really given thought as to the 'process' of him going into said form, but IC, there's no real knowledge of what going that far might do to him. A plot-given reason why he's not assumed it yet.
Still; the chances of him going all out and polishing it into something more refined, may present themselves in this tournament yet. domokun If, I get past my current match, and aren't:
-Hit on by men.
-Thrown into a near absolute zero environment.
-Get my spine nearly snapped during a non-lethal bout.
-Get my attacks eaten by NanoBots.
-Get flipped into da 'AIR' by da THROAT.

And Trei, do the quests yourself. =P Though, there is the Skill/Stat Reset NPC [cheap as Hell,] so that's no problem.
