In the history of the guild, we are the longest running, best maintained (We've NEVER had to replace our awesome kage) and strongest village out there. Plus, theres the fact that all the Captain level members (at least, the cool ones) are Kirigakure shinobi. Whats NOT to like?!? The ego, and the fact that it's one of the most inactive villages? Honestly, you act like that captain tag means something in the RP. If you wanted to make a claim like that, Oto is the best, cause we've got Cobra, and he's worth two captains, plus me, and Auggie. And we have the best back story of any village in the guild. Or Suna, cause they have the most strong members both in the village, and as allies to the village. ..................No, Kiri has the best backstory, Problem is, half the people who were part of the backstory are gone, and all from other villages. And while inactive now, in a history of the guild, no village has been as active as Kiri. The first RPing ever in the guild started in Kiri. The first demon was "legitimately" sealed in Kiri, and Kiri has had no rouges. Basically, Kiri just owns you all. Isnt that right lance?
...I'm gonna go ahead and call that an Otogakure/Cobra Win.

Gregar828 You make one large mistake: That you assume I act this way just because it is me. Oh, trust me, if you were to do this to anyone else within the guild, or if someone were to do it to you, I would react the same way. Here's something that I think no one has figured out about me yet: I have a very high, to some unbelievably high, standard of morals. I cannot sit by while something like this is said, because it goes against my ethical code. Maybe THATS why you all seem to think I'm a controlling douchebag, because I cannot stand to see immoral things said in the guild I have spent so much time and energy to create, so I stop it whenever I see it. And in this case, I'm trying to make sure that a message is sent not to you, but to everyone: As long as I am within this guild, comments like this will never, EVER be tolerated. And to me, a comment like this is heinous enough to be Ougoun worthy. I'll make my final decision about whether I believe this to still be worthy tomorrow, after I regain a little more judgment.
...Did he make a joke in bad taste? Yes.
...Did he apologize for it once he found out your were offended? Yes.
There we go. Lesson Learned. Everyone now knows to avoid cracking jokes regarding Hitler/The Holocaust at someone else's expense, since, at the very least, you are offended or bothered by them. Hinote apologized. It was a simple mistake and you should really acknowledge that and show some kind of forgiveness to Hinote instead of dangling an Ougoun over his head and saying that you'll pass your "final judgment" on him tomorrow.
I can understand that you don't want to allow this sort of thing to be tolerated, since its important to make sure this is a safe place for people, but this is not a situation to crack down on. If it was an intentional reference meant to anger/offend you, I could see an Ougoun as being a reasonable response. But it wasn't... it was a careless mistake. Should it be brought to his attention? Yes... and it was, and he apologized. End of Story.
Reserve the Ougoun for people who actually deserve it, or for those who continually or purposefully break the rules of the RP.

...I'm gonna go ahead and call that an Otogakure/Cobra Win.You could also consider it an Iwagakure/Cobra win. You are our chunin after all. Even if you are the leader of Oto, it still counts towards Iwa.

I don't see it being approved anytime soon honestly. (If you plan on RPing with this character in the next month, I wouldn't hold your breath)
The weaknesses simply do not outweigh the benefits. The Benefits are pretty huge...
+1 to all attributes... (insanely powerful... it will require a MUCH more crippling weakness then the ones you supplied to even be considered.)
Auto-Evade once a week ... (not broken, but ill-defined. Can you truly evade anything? or just some things within reason?)
A host of Jutsu... (First off, all of these will have to be individually approved, so good luck with that... it may take some time.)

My issue with that one would be more along the lines that it's more like an organization than a clan. We don't normally allow anyone to start outside of a village, and only maybe two exceptions have been made, and those were for the Rogue village. Adding that most of the clan techniques are more like a weapon style, and it's a bit off.
And yes, all of the jutsu have to be approved. We don't give people free run to make new jutsu just because they added a new clan. Half of the work getting a clan approved is getting the jutsu approved.
@Cobra: I'm holding off on posting in the bar again until Havik and Auggie have had a chance to post.

@ Hinote/Cobra/Azeiel: I would outright deny the clan. Why? Cause I used those same jutsu in another guild. And they are just to OP. The last Jutsu is basically an Auto kill if it hits you. Another one of the jutsu gives you an elemental Getsuga Tensho, another one gives you like what? Eight Chakra blades? If that's not OP I don't know what is.

Can i put it as a clan within the Rouge Village that way they retain the non-alignment thing. Also i am working on editing a few of the techs. And it is meant to be a weapon bases clan if you read the weaknesses (i put a new one in there that should even it out a bit) Do you see any problems with any of the particular justsu's

I haven't looked at it closely enough to say any specifics. I'll do so once Mistah or whoever gets to it has determined whether it should be allowed at all.
