She finds a nice quiet clearing and tries to ease Richard down.
Jed watches with a worried expression.

He spots the runes and makes a few sketches in a wee notebook.

He heads inside. Inside they are pointed towards a huge ballroom with a glass ceiling. Many peoples are mingling inside, most wearing robes of some sorts.

He is eased down.

Nat thinks this is indeed fancy. He hopes there will be lots of unattended food and silverware.

She sits by him. "Okay so far?"
"Should I get anything?"

He puts the notebook away when he has finished and looks around for anything else that might be interesting.

Byron scans the hall then nods at the far wall. He speaks quietly. "Most of the servants are over there. Lindsey will come to check on you before attending me. Do not make me regret this."

He grimaces and shakes his head. Some of the leaves above suddenly die and start fluttering down.

There are robes and shoes in here! He also has black shirts and pants!

Nat smiles and salutes smartly, then wanders towards his designated area.

She pouts. "Jed, could you leave us for a little while? We'll be all right."

List thinks that is really boring. He goes back to the door and sniffs it, oddly enough.

Other servants are in that area, most watching wherever their masters are, though some are talking and laughing amongst themselves.

He walks over to look for someone to talk to.

".. All right. You guys be careful. Just howl if you need me." He turns to walk slowly awaaay.

Many of the servants look either very anxious or very snooty and unapproachable. There are, however, a couple of exceptions. The most obvious is a female brownie wearing a white dress with little blue swirls on the sleeve who is eyeing nat.

He examines the little door, then sits and stares at it for a while. Finally, he shuts his eyes and tries reaching his hands right through the darkness and into the little space within.

"They typically have food for the servants in a small room off the dining room." He nods in that direction. "I will most likely spend most of the time with Master Cervelli. Will you be all right?"

He sits back, once it's with him, and stares at it for a while. Then he closes his eyes again and moves into a cellar down the street.
