Attention All Quidditch Players.
An important meeting will be held NEXT SUNDAY at 5PM Eastern time. This meeting will determine once and for all if all members of the Slytherin team is active.
I will be sending a PM tomorrow to all of you to make sure everyone is either present and/or aware of the meetings content.

In other news...
I got accepted! Well, it's weird. I got accepted for a program I never really applied for, but I still got accepted at university. Wicked. cool
As for my auditions, I didn't get any answers yet, but I will definitely keep you guys informed.
Congrats to Stylish for becoming a 7th year and to Drake for becoming our superb local duelist . Good job!
290 points? Guys, we're like 100 points from Ravenclaw. We need to up our game a little. Might I suggest banners, aiding local Havinites with organizing activities or perhaps, just being brilliant?

When I get some free time, I'm going all out on banners to get house points to pass the lead house. I need more duelers for The Dueling Club though, I don't even know if we have active Slytherin's to duel but if we do get out there and win some prizes and house points and other fun stuff. Dueling is a great way to rise in years too, since the posts total up for years.

Maybe this will change some Slytherin minds, come win some stuff!  Welcome fellow Slytherins to the infamous Dueling Club. It's an honor to be dueling side by side with each and everyone of you. Here we shall show our fellow houses what it means to be a pure blood wizard!
I will be proud of each and everyone of you whether you win or lose... Not really but under captain guidelines, I'm obligated to say that. Anyway I expect to see some wins, some amazing spells, remarkable counters and overall a great duel from each of you!
Every wizard should be prepare to know how to handle themselves outside of Hogwarts walls. You never know when there will be another wannabe hero you will have to strike down. Anyway I only have a few rules guidelines to follow.
1. I have chosen to give out rewards for a number of things: every win, great creative spells, superior creative defenses, magnificent role play elements. They will be random rewards but they will be worth it.
2. I will also reward cleverness, cunning, loop hole finding, trickery, deceit, loyalty to Slytherin and other random things. Provided you have ways to do these while keeping inline with the all the rules for Gaia, Haven and Dueling Club.
If anyone needs any help with anything, help with spells, ideas, dueling tactics, dueling strategies, feel free to owl me anytime. What else is a captain for.
I will edit this post each time someone has earned a reward, to provide inspiration and determination to Slytherin duelers. I will also edit whenever there is a rule change or announcement for Slytherin or dueling in general.
Go now my fellow brethren and duel! Win the duels and become an immortal champion in the Dueling Club!
*Editing Slytherin Captains Rules - Date - 4/27/08*
Rule change to number 1 for Slytherin, I will give out small prizes for EVERY win, medium every five and large prizes every ten. Maybe that will convince some Slytherin's to sign up and starting winning duels.

Excellent initiative, Drake. I'm sure prizes will encourage some Slytherins to participate.
To Saranis: I offer my condolences. We understand the lost of such an important woman in your life will effect your online-ness ( I love making up words...) and as for the upcoming Quidditch games, you needn't worry. I will gladly get you a understudy. For now, we wish you the best of love and support during this difficult time.
On a completely different note, I'm proud to announce that the Haven will be hosting a special event this month - what that is, however, will be announced in the near future. From what I've heard of it so far, there will be a scavenger hunt and a few other activities to participate. I'm asking all active Slytherins to attend. It's going to be a blast!
Don't forget: making suggestions and volunteering can earn you points guys. Make sure to do so if you have the time.

Ah, we're trying, Garnet, I swear. *sigh* I think Ravenclaw has a lot more active members than any of the other houses.
