oh, fine! do i have to do everything myself?! yuki mind asks kumi, trying to regain control. it didnt work. her body kept moving towards sedric, throwing attack after attack at him. she tried again, and almost got control, but then lost it.

Sedric dodged as best he could. His back stung mercilessly.He tripped on a piece of broken tree, and fell, almost getting hit by Yuki. He dodged it at the last second. He tripped her, then stood up again.

yuki fell on her broken leg. this was her chance! she tried to gain control, and she succeeded, "do you mind not trying to injure me too badly?!" yuki asks sedric. the pain of falling on her leg was almost too much for her. "oh, no! here they come, again!" this time yuki fought them off.

"How would I know you hurt your leg? I can't read minds like you two!" he said. He watched her struggle for control, annoyed that he couldn't help. "If I can fight them and win, so can you." he said.

Kumi wheezed over to Yuki. "I know.. you can fight them Yuki.." Kumi smiled weakly.

"thank you..." yuki says, happy to have such encouragement. the creators were stopping in their attempts to control her, at least for awhile. "i think... they've stopped... but they'll do it again, for sure! im way too weak right now, so they'll take their advantage.... can one of you help me up, please?"

Sedric realized that right now he was the only one that could really walk. "I'll do it." he sighed. He carefully helped her to her feet. "Can you walk?" he asked.

"Fine." Sedric said with annoyance. "Be careful though, my back's a little charred." he said. He couldn't feel it stinging anymore so that ment that the skin was now dead, but the flesh underneath began to tingle. "So what are we going to do now?! None of us can really do anything as we are." Sedric sighed again.

"yeah... oh sedric, im so sorry for attacking you...." yuki says, trying not to lean on him. she knew he was hurt as well, "are you okay? sorry about having to have you help me, but...." she looked away. she felt angry at how weak she was.

Sedric laughed a little."You're starting to sound like Kumi." he said. He tried to see how bad his back really was, but he couldn't turn his head all the way around. "You managed to fight them off. That was quick." he said. Sedric's thoughts drifted back to the object still attatched to his jewel. "Quicker than me." he laughed a little more, though it seemed as evil as usual.

"jeez, sedric! will your laugh always sound so evil?" yuki says, laughing a laugh that was so not evil and very pretty, "that was a PERFECT laugh, by me!"

Sedric tried to see if he could laugh normally, but was stopped half way by a coughing fit. "My back hurts." he said blankly.
