Iyashii is just staring wide eyed at the scene in front of him. He seems to be in shock and barely registers anything or one around him
You little B*#@H!!! He's comming back with me... his 'dad' is expecting him! You kids don't get to dictate his life. Legaly.. you can't keep him here! 'Yashii let's go! You know what'll happen.."
Coming out of his shock a bit he gulps and looks at Franki and Ki "Please stop! Both of you. You don't know what your getting in to! This isn't your fight so just drop it! I'm going to go home now.. I'll be ok Franki. It'll just be a normal evening at home!" Truthfully he was terrified because the look in Joe's eyes promised major retribution but he didn't want to get his new.. friend involved in the mess of his life!

Kishi noticing the argument was now standing nearby watching to make sure Franki was alright and to help i fshe needed him. he may not like or trust Iyashii but this older guy didn't feel right. To let the kid go with him could be dangerous..

He shook his head "NO! No lawyers!! Franki just let me go home.. your only making things worse now move!" He was glaring now... why wouldn't they just ignore it like everyone else.. thats how it was supposed to be!
Joe snorted "Go one... take Ben to court. He has one of the best lawyers you can get! And if he loses.. at least he'll be rid of the urchin!"

Joe glared "get ready 'yash Ben's gonna rip you to shreads when he hears about this." He gives the boy a once over before walking away.
He watched Joe leave with wide eyes before hitting Franki lightly on the arm "What the Heck was that for?? I told you not to get involved!!! I can't go home now... you've ruined everything! Why did you do that?" He was shaking now, though he wasn't sure of it was from fear, excitement, or anger.

becaues you're terrified of him! ::bluntly:: i can tell! and i'm NOT going to let anyof my friends live in a home like that! just forget it! we might not have a lot of room here, and it might be kinda hectic, but i have no doubt my parents will mind adopting you, and if that doesn't appeal to you, Ki already offered to have you live with her. either way, you don't have to go back to... that
