I stole liberally from some of the cosplays I've seen around. You could in theory also just use the red body dye and then add the mask, pouches, collar, belt, and dancer bottoms. Personally I like how this one worked out better.

More primary colors, slightly less expensive. It's the katanas that create the cost. It's unfortunate that there's not much good by way of masks for Pooly here, but I like this better than sticking things on the head. The spider-man halloween mask looks alright but it is orange. So you sort of have to deal with that. I think it looks pretty neat when you start layering tattoos (like so), but it's a matter of personal preference.

Scarface Wade might be the way to go, there's really no way to make an attractive version of his mask. Plus it'd be an actually reason to use brown ink for once.
