Can someone tell me how emitters work in the Hidden Katana? Do I have to be a member to get it or what since it seems like I need t ohave a blade from there first o.o

you have to make a full sword then get an emmitter as a non clansmen you can only get a single emitter and its pretty much a made-up slot for your sword.

Ok Modies.
Here's the deal.
Green's character Joutei [Android Kuroi] used his technique;
-Body Upgrade: Self Destruct-
This body upgrade is similar to what a suicide bomber could do. Once Kuroi's body has become or is close to becoming useless it will automatically self destruct leaving no trace of him behind. An explosion with great force like an atomic bomb is sent out about 50ft before the force starts to die down. Right before the explosion is released a signal is sent to the creators then replica is in the works. This replica can be used within two days.
And thus, he blew up. But he had two items on him, the Ensui (Dark Water) And the Adamentium Armor.

The issue.
He blew up, leaving no trace of Him behind and now he will recreate his character. Or whatever.
But~
Does that mean, that his weapon and armor, were blown up as well, and will be recreated with his character. Or does that mean that they are left behind in a smoldering pile where he once stood?
Most special weapons are said to be unbreakable, I assume that Ensui is the same way. Though I have not read it's description lately.
And
As we should mostly all know. Adamentium is an invincible substance, so an explosion isn't going to just make it vanish into nothingness.
But for the most part, would it be logical, that he can explode, recreate his character, and the items that he had at the time as well? [I believe it not to be.]

Outside factors. Reina [Obscure's RPC] had her negation orochi to negate his armor. But. Since she was negating enemies, and the enemy died, that means that her power would cease negating the effects [the invincibility] and thus, the armor would become invincible again, and then it would be shards of the armor upon the ground where he stood, no?

It really comes down to the fact whether he terminated what you'd call his -ghost in the machine- before the explosion or if the explosion did it for him. If his spirit/consciousness left his body before the blast then obscure's oroichi wouldn't have anything to target and the Adamantium would still be probably destroyed, but it would be this scenario that had the higher chance of it being recoverable. It's at this point you had to argue the physics of a minor nuclear explosion vs a fictional metal. From what I know, even a mininuke would evaporate anything in it's initial radius, I can't really see Wolverine's skeleton being left if you dropped a nuke on his head. But that's just my opinion, that regardless whether the adamantium had it's powers or not it would be destroyed. To the other kinda redundant option if Reina still had something to target then adamantium would be an inert metal and would definitely be destroyed. Soooo basically providing Green goes to the after life his items will be recreated once he respawns. Unfortunately for you Reaver it's an old trick, special weapons have been technically "destroyed" a bunch of times by people who didn't want them stolen, it's just been the practice in the guild that the items magically respawn with you once you come back to life. Taking a look into the "In character" aspect of the arguments, the androids creators obviously have access or the knowledge of adamantium so creating a new body is not a problem. If they outfitted him a self destruction system it wouldn't be one that would leave behind any evidence of the adamantium to keep it's secrets from proliferating further then their labs.
Technically not a mod anymore - I'm just here to finish things up, just thought I'd tell you how things went in the past and to throw my thoughts into the hat.

Ah. :/
There are so many unrealistic problems with that.
But first off, Green's character 'has no soul'
I believed the ghost in the shell reference to a soul would have counted for the soul sealing ability. Since it is supposed to be a "robot's soul" but supposedly all he had was pure programming. So he didn't even technically have a consciousness. But I suppose that doesn't matter.
What surprises me, if what you say is true.
Is that not one. Person complained when someone was able to recreate an armor or a weapon before. Considering if they have the technology to create it over and over. You might as well mass produce it, because that is basically saying that's what you can do [at least for Green's aspect, since the 'creators' will remake everything].
It seems like a cheap falsesafe.
Blow yourself to hell, destroying the items and everything, then reborn and have them 'magically appear' on your person.
I don't approve. And I am surprised other people did before me.
Green wont go to the after life. He'll simply be recreated as the exact same person in 2 days with the item that he had, I guess.
And from what I can tell, he can just blow himself up any time he wants and mass kill, and then recreate in 2 days with everything that he has again, if what you say is true, Noir. neutral

Yeah, it's a nasty loop hole that no one has bothered to fill, but I'm pretty sure he has too have a consciousness. Everyone in the guild has to have a consciousness/soul. It can't really be argued that they don't have one cause well that just makes them a god. I guess we didn't care as much back in the day, usually when someone tried to blow themselves up if a person really wanted an item, then they'd usually chop of the person hand head or somehow otherwise interrupt the explosion. Allot of people didn't have ways to conviently blow themselves up so it wasn't much of a problem. And allot of time people wouldn't do it properly so that the scavenger could just rationalize the item still being there. Besides Bone, which was understandable I wasn't aware that there was anyone who nuke themselves. But yeah pure robots shouldn't be allowed in the guild, chakra is something for living creatures, not for ones that merely sentient like a robot.

Well.
There's no soul in Android Kuroi.
And that's how he expected his escape.
But I stopped that escape, so he blew up and supposedly destroyed everything.
I agree, you cant not have a soul. xd
Even the most robotic of clans, have a little squid thing in their heads, that are the soul. rofl
I plan to fill in that hole, in the rules soon.
Only because it is completely against logic. Never mind just stupid.

dOn't yOU knOw thAt I rUn thIs plAcE And I'vE bEgUn thIs rAcE... I didn't use the adamantium as an armor I was made from it. So I am the adamantium and no trace of me is left... As for my sword it wasn't indestructible and that's not a part of me so it's destroyed. I won't re-spawn with the sword either, that's gone. As for the adamantium I was made from it so I'll be remade from it.
I didn't really watch much Ghost in the Shell so I know not of this "robot soul" you speak of.
It surprises me that you would call something cheap after the cheap kills you just got.

I am confused and have been gone for some time, but I thought that you character had to be in the village that the clan was from. Meaning the Uchiha had to be in Hidden Leaf or a Dattoumaru had to be in Hidden Cloud. You could not have the characters in another village.

I only know of two people that do that.
Myself, and... A person who's name I cant think of at the moment. >.<;
but I do it, because my profiles get long. And for Leaf, for example. There are already a lot of people there and already have long profiles. So it's easier with having characters in a clanless village like, say, Hidden Star. xD
For the most part, yes. It makes it easier, and for almost all cases, clans are kept in their intended Villages that they're from.

Well, the only other condition I remember is having the most CP out of anyone in the village. So if you can do that, that is a good start.
(Who had Aozame again? Was it Tory?)
