I am biased as My character Onalim is in the pic, as is a lot of the original captains... and since it keeps changing by the month, it seems silly to change it further... unless you want to draw it! ; )

NOT TRYING TO USE SUBLIMINAL MESSAGING AT ALL.Someone should draw ALL (That's about less than thirteen anyway) the Arrancar doing cool poses together. I am giving over the table messages.

So there's tradition to it. Plus, it looks pretty awesome and it sends the message that we're a guild with well-developed, original characters as opposed to roleplaying canon characters.
Plus, unless this special somebody who we know and love is willing to devote their time and effort to a banner that may be kind of transient (depending on which captains stay and which go), we don't have another willing artist (unless we do they haven't stepped forward) unless we commission somebody else.

I'll draw a banner. it's easy enough since if I follow the standard template presented then I could just worry about faces and bits of clothing. . u.
I would also include the arrancar forces as well as the shinigami. . u.

banners can make great sig things too(my sig has a guild banner in it as well . u.)
I will make it and it doesn't even have to be used as the home page banner. . u.
I just need a list of all the current now captains and a list of all the currently accepted arrancar . u.

she should have lesser hollow control and summoning powers and throw in some voltron action where she can fuse with them and make mega accapello. = u=

Yikes, I'm not sure how to read the banner. The brown-haired one with the blond bangs?
And regardless, I'm an artwork addict as it is. Too bad I can't draw anything remotely human myself. Or even symmetrical...
