We are the swift... We are the strong...  Pepperpaw[Pepperpaw felt his heart drop during Joypaw's small speech. He hadn't followed her because he was to mad, to hurt. He though she would rather live a life as a rouge then spend another day in the clan with him.]
"I never meant it to seem that way. I saved you that night, I made sure you were safe, far enough away from the cliff to make it safely back home. But I left because I heard Dicepaw and Spadepaw, they were in danger. When Cometstream wasn't herself...you must know this. I couldn't just stand by. I knew you'd be fine because I know you're strong, you are more then capable to do what ever you set your mind on." [Pepperpaw said, shifting his gaze toward the sky with a slight smile. He let his expression melt into one of understanding.]
"And I did run after you. I chased you until I could barely breath, it was only when I inured myself did I give up and return back to camp. And I love Spadepaw. And I love you, just not in the way you want me to... Please accept my apology for anything and everything I have done wrong." [Pepperpaw stopped and took a step away from Joypaw in order to dip his head toward her.] We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

Wavepelt smiled "and you didn't even ruin it, you're going to make a great warrior someday, I just know it!" He laughed and looked at his paws "so, uh, what were you asking about the two-leg nest I lived in?"

"Yes! Serpent was wondering how you survived living so close to them? Didn't they try to catch you? or were you able to avoid them? What dose one look like? Do thay live in trees or holes in the ground, or caves?" [She had so many questions. she looked at him with wonder and interest]

Wavepelt laughed "well, none of them ever visited the nest. Except one, it had a black pelt, and I could have sworn there were like two tails coming from it's back! It just walked in, looked around, sighed and then left, as if they were sad. But it was strange, it only had fur on the top of it's head, the pelt it had, just looked too strange to be fur. But yes, twolegs have tried to catch me, and even kill me, there was a twoleg kit, A KIT, that almost strangled me to death one time!"
(and he was talking about the butler)

Wavepelt nodded "I know, I was suprised myself that I survived. But I guess that's what I get in exchange for tons of food and a warm and comforatable nest. But that still doesn't compare with being a cat of Breezeclan, it's somuch better then being a loner. At least to me it is, but what about you, do you like your life here more then before?"

[Serpent thought for a bit... she missed home and her family, but she was able to find other cats here to make freinds with, there were never any other cats where she had come from...] "Serpent likes it here, so many other cats." [ She smiled]

Wavepelt smiled and nodded "yeah, things are so nice here isn't it?" He looked back at where all the cats were and he sighed. "So, I'm guessing: that's not exactly reflecting what I said about the clans".

Wavepelt thought for a moment and sighed "I-I don't know. I would ask Galestar, but I know that he'll say no to it. And I really would like to pay a last visit to my old home. Plus we could catch tons of mice there and said we decided to hunt while all of this was happening". He sighed "I don't know, I just don't want us to be punished for leaving for a little bit".

[Serpent was thrilled! All she had to do was convince Galestar.] Serpent could probably do that... Serpent was known for being convincing back home. "Serpent will talk to him!" [She immediately looked around.]

Wavepelt was practically beaming now "are you sure you can convince him? Oh boy this is going to be great, just be sure to add in that we'll catch TONS of prey. That should be the way to seal the deal with him".
