Rin forced her eyes open again, staring up at the male as he raised his hands harmlessly into the air. She certainly didn't trust him, but she didn't have a choise. So she lay still, not letting herself flinch as he dabbed at the wound and cleaned it further. Then her eyes watched his blurred figure move away to retrieve something, and a moment later he'd begun bandaging her chest. Then her hands were covered as well, and she watched him all the while, in complete silence except for her harsh breathing.
She was certainly surprised when he actually pulled off her socks. Not that they'd been that comfortable, but now she felt very odd. Her skin was extremely pale and she felt absolutely disgusting in this blood soaked dress. Though, she was very glad he'd decided not to try taking it off... She sighed shakily, eyes following him as he moved to the sink, and then falling closed again. She pushed a bit of vibrant purple hair from her face with her bandaged fingers, wincing slightly as she did.
Karin stared back at Suka anxiously, wondering if maybe he was still too hurt to talk. He had lost a lot of blood, and she hadn't seen the doctor even attempt to replace any. But her ears twitched as he suddenly spoke, and then drooped as she realized what he'd said. Her eyes widened slightly again as she heard him mention a vampire next. But I don't know any vampires! she thought frantically, eyes darting around the room as if one would suddenly appear for her.
And then she felt a new prescense appear behind her and whirled around, staring in shock at Ketsu, one of the Nightmares she'd met before. She blinked several times, snapping out of it only after she'd spoken. "U-um, uh..." she stuttered dumbly, then swallowed, and tried again. "Kenzi," she started quietly. "They were fighting and... Suka was attacked, but Yuri stepped in and then Kenzi attacked him again!" She spoke very fast, probably not making any sense at all. She was very surprised, and confused, and worried, all at once.

[Sorry, I had to eat]
Ketsu looked her over as she listened to her story about her master. She walked over to Suka and bent over, opening his eye wit a gentle touch to the upper lid-he did the rest. She looked into it, the color was red and she knew what that meant even though it had never happened in her presence more than once. He was controlling himself through blood demon thoughts, and since he was doing that she could not try and negotiate with him, she looked over to Karin again and asked another question. "Did he say anything before bringing me here?" She asked this question because she needed to know whys he was here so that she would not disappoint her master and would not be punished even further whenever she was returned to her home. She thought about things too hard but dismissed them too quickly and thus balanced out her mind. Her short wings followed her usually stiff, and she looked around the room as she waited for Karin to answer her and wondered what she could do with what she had in that room. She looked around and decided there ws nothing important for her, focusing completely on what Karin was going to say and hoping that it was not the same task she had been freed to carry out last time. She grew bored of doing the same thing all of the time, she was one of the best at it but she had no care for such things. Being the best did not change that she was bored with it already, and it never would.

[me too. ^^;] Karin watched Ketsu through widened eyes, taking a small step forward as she approached Suka, but falling back again as she realized she wasn't going to harm him. After all, if she was, then why would Suka have brought her? She blinked a couple times, glancing around as Ketsu did, wondering what she was looking for. But then she snapped back to attention as the female spoke again. Karin paused, and then bobbed her head up and down. "A vampire," she said quietly. "He... said that he needed a vampire." She had no idea why, so she hoped that Ketsu would have a better idea. She just made the connection that Suka needed blood and vampires drank blood, so maybe that was why? That didn't really explain what was supposed to happen though...

Ketsu smiled whenever she heard what Suka had said, coming from Karin it could have been misinterpreted-though Katsu did not bother with gambling with that and decided to believe her if not just this once. She looked her over and then nodded "Well, if we're going to do as he asks to keep him alive, then let's start now. I haven't any idea of how this place is mapped out, you'll have to guide me to the vampire's scent and I can capture the vampire and deliver it to him from there..." she said this, not really caring if it was truly what Suka hadwanter her for. This was how she was going to help and would not even take any protest from her weakened master. She grabbed Karin by her arm and started to drag her out of the room like that, letting go of her at the dor and walking out of the hospital. She ignored the pople there and once she was ou she left the door alonge, letting it close on it's own instead of attempting to help keep it open for her. She was here for a less boring reason then she thought she would have been, and because of that she decided she'd get business over so that she could have some fun with the time that was left over afterward. She was free for at least a full moon's cycle, or until her task was fnished if it took longer. She was in no hurry, but she wanted to search the area so that if she was brought here again nexy time she would have an idea of where to go and what-not...

Karin stared at Ketsu uncertainly, remembering their last encounter all too well. She certainly didn't trust the female, but it seemed she had no choise now. Suka had picked to bring her for some reason or another, and Karin had no idea what to do. There was no choice but to rely upon Ketsu for help. Lost in though, she jumped slightly as Ketsu spoke, and then bobbed her head up and down. "Yes..." she said quietly, blinking as the female approached and grabbed her arm, dragging her to the door.
Karin just trailed after, fighting the urge to jerk away, and glad she was released rather quickly. She quickly followed again, catching the door with a frown and exiting behind her. Ok... a vampire... she thought quietly, glancing around. It seemed to her that the people they'd passed in the woods smelled at least partly vampire. She'd taken note out of instinct while dashing past them. Hopefully she wasn't wrong... She glanced back at Ketsu, hands in her pockets, feeling for the X but not finding it. She sighed and glanced off into the distance, and then started walking. "The forest. I think there was one or two there... is it ok if they're not full vampire?"

Kei finished up with the socks and then held them in his hand and glanced at her feet then back at his hands. Well he couldn't exactly put them back on her feet, that might cause a cold or something. He swung the socks over the facet gently for them to dry then looked back over to the girl. He blinked, he felt bad, really bad, she wasn't happy with him helping her, this really wasn't going over well with her he could tell.
He wanted to say he was sorry but he couldn't really do that, he didn't know her well enough. Kei sat down on a chair near her but far away enough so that she wouldn't be angry or uncomfortable. He sighed slightly she looked really annoyed with him right now, he couldn't sit still in his chair and began to pace the room. He couldn't think of what to do to make her be less angry, it was all his fault, he had seen her before. A few hours before all of this she had dropped a pen while walking and he hadn't managed to pick it up and give it to her before she walked away.
That must have been what led to the self-indused injuries, it may have been a hand-me-down or something he thought. "I'm sorry about your pen!" he said suddenly and hung his head "I don't know if I have enough money to replace it currently, but I'll do anything you like!" he added. This wasn't going to help at all he could already tell, this wasn't working out very good.

Rin blinked her eyes open again, staring over at him as she heard him moving around. She couldn't help watching him. There was nothing else to do in this stupid place but lie there pathetically, actually having trouble breathing. It was the worst feeling in the world. She blinked as he sat down nearby and then frowned, glancing down at her bandaged chest and hands. Well, at least he'd done a good job with it. I suppose he deserves a thanks or... something, she mumbled to herself, not too eager to give him one.
But before she could open her mouth, he apologized around a pen. She stared at him blankly for a few seconds, completely bewildered. "....what?" she asked, voice somewhat shaky and faint. She stared a moment longer and then glanced back at her chest. Her dress was disgusting, soaked in blood and clinging to her. So, she decided to take up his offer, even though she didn't understand what he was talking about.
"Can you get a change of clothes then?" she asked quietly, her eyes cold as she gazed at the dress. "Even one of those idiotic hospital gowns would do." She paused, biting her tongue as she slowly eased herself into a sitting position. She wobbled in place and then caught herself, hunched forward slightly. "Or... you can just get me out of this place," she muttered irritably. Hospitals were not places she liked to be.

Kei wasn't a bit more up-beat, she completely dismissed the pen act which must have ment she was still furious about the whole thing. He wasn't really sure about what to do untill she gave him two options of things she wanted. Kei had always been and always would be an indesive person, this was a horriable quality to have but he couldn't seem to ever shake it. He couldn't just sit there though and make her even more angry or annoyed so his mind raced for an answer.
"Wait here" he said briskly but in a hurried tone as he litterally lept from his chair and ran out of the room, moving as fast as he feet would travel which was quite much. He returned to Rin's room within 10 minutes and a pink dress was in his hands. The thought didn't occur to him that she might horriably dislike the color, to be honest he didn't know that there were people who only wore black. He was neive yes, but he still was kind and had the most of manners, he had gotten the dress from an older women who had brought a bunch of clothes for her daughter who was in the hospital.
"I'll bring you back to your dorm once you wish" he said quickly and then walked back out of the room leaving her to change.

Rin watched him quietly, not sure why he was taking so long to reply. Her eyes kept going in and out of focus, so it probably wasn't a good idea for her to be up and about just yet... which is why she'd asked for help. She frowned to herself at the thought, hating the very idea. But she was still dizzy and knew she wouldn't make it very far on her own. She would need some type of assistance...
She jerked from her thoughts as he spoke and then dashed out of the room, leaning her staring after him. He was confusing, to say the least. What was he talking about a pen for? She was still baffled by that. She sat silently, swaying back and forth, eyes closed, as she waited to see if he'd come back. Time seemed to pass very slowly, sitting there alone in a hospital bed. She shut her eyes more tightly, blocking out random memories that came back to her.
Then he returned, and she jumped in alarm as her eyes darted open. Her attention was instantly drawn to the dress and she stared, eyes wide and mouth slightly agape. Did he seriously expect her to wear that?! I should've been more specific but.... she glanced down at herself and her all black attire. Isn't it obvious?! "What the hell are you think...?" she started angrily, voice trailing off into a sigh. "...where do I change," she muttered, an imaginary vein twitching. She couldn't blame him... She kind of owed him now, since he was taking the time to help her even though he had no reason to.

She stopped slowly and ended up perfectly three feet in front of the door, grabbing Hiro by the shoulder and dropping him, holding him on his feet like that. She waited for Karin, watching her run after the both of them...when she finally made it to where they were Ketsu opened the door for her and walked in with Hiro to the room Suka was in, not bothering to hold it open for Karin. She let go of Hiro only after they'd entered the room Suka was lying in.
Suka looked up from where he was alying on the hospital bed, his eyes still red not soon going to change. He watched Ketsu walk in with the vampire, and looked to the door waiting for Karin. He did not know why he cared so much about seeing Karin before feeling like Ketsu would have done a good job...but there was no reason for him not to at the moment so he did not question it. He waited for her, and pushed himself up from the bed for just about three seconds, arms wobbling the whole time...he fell back down afterward. He'd little energy left...obviously.

Karin had nearly lost sight of Ketsu while trying to follow, but reached her again upon arriving at the hospital. She watched her quietly, noting the way she was just holding the male like that. She felt kind of sorry for him, especially because she had no idea what was going to happen. She hurried after them as Ketsu entered the building, reaching out to catch the door before it slammed in her face. She mumbled something under her breath as she followed, ears still drooping guiltily as she avoided Hiro's gaze.
Then they came to the room, Karin a few seconds behind. She slowly trudged in and stopped by the doorway, leaning against the frame. She saw Suka looking towards her, or at least towards the door before she'd arrived, and stared back for a moment before offering a weak smile. She was very nervous, with not a clue what was going on. But she lurched forward when he toppled back over, biting her lip nervously as she stopped a couple paces away from the bed. She didn't want to get in the way of whatever was going to happen. But now he was being dragged around, unable to really protest at all.
Hiro had tried looking towards the neko girl, in the hopes she'd explain a bit more about what was happening, but she wouldn't even look at him. He frowned to himself, eyes dropping to the floor. He'd been dropped, held up, and carried around like a rag doll. It was pretty hard for the six foot half vampire imagine, but he was pretty sure he wasn't dreaming. He found himself in a room and let his eyes drift slowly around, not saying anything. His cold gaze fell upon the one in the bed, not flinching as the male toppled over. He was growing more and more angry, especially because he was back in the hospital. Again. This was the last place he wanted to visit after not being released for a monther or more, and then having to actually fight his way out after all of that.

Ketsu pulled Suka into a sitting position and left him there as he set Hiro up on the bed, leaning them against each other. "You know how beautiful two men so weak is, Karin? I bet you would do things to them if I wasn't in the room..." she taunted, not really thinking that but saying it just because she wanted to mess with Karin. It made the situation a lot less serious for her if she did that, and when she stopped thinking about what she had ben doing her gaze returned to Suka. She left the room to find one of the baggies of transfusion blood, ignoring the rest of the people there, including the doctors and nurses. She moved them out of her way if they tried to stop her, ignoring their protests which lasted less then four or five seconds before they turned to find their patients. It was funny actually. She found the closet and brought two packets out of one of the sections, making her way back with them afterward, ignoring them again and this time not touching them if they protested but instead shrugging and holding the packets in the air saying 'the nurse asked me to get them...' though it was not true at all.
Suka looked over at Karin and thought to himself for a moment bout how horrible it was, being so weak right there. How embarassing it was...how indecent it was for him to be like that. He almost wanted to tell her to leave, but didn't...instead he apologized. "Karin..." there was a long silence between this and his words, but it was not as noticable as it might have been. "...I'm sorry." There was more silence and then he sighed deep and long and heavy. He'd see if he could separate himself from her again after this...just to maybe find a reason to bring back his dignity...then he would be able to face her again. Right now it was hard to be there...especially so weak. He moved Hiro and slippped off of the bed, standing there for just a second before losing strength in his legs and almost falling but instead sliding down so that he could lean against the bed. He felt so pathetic...
Ketsu came back with the two packets of blood, and one of them had apready been emptied before she walked in, the other she sunk her fangs into and the bloood quickly drained into her mouth as she stood a foot or two away from Karin. She stopped half-way though. "You want some?" she offered the second packet which was till half-full to her. They were pint-sized bags. So there was a cup left in it for her to drink. She raised her brow as she waited for Karin to take it or leave it, noting that Suka was on the groudn and trying to ignore it.

Karin watched silently, eyes following everything as the vampire was set down and leaned against Suka. She watched them for a moment, until Ketsu commented. Karin's eyes widened slightly and she quickly looked off to one side, face flushing red. "No," she replied flatly, hands shoving into her sweatshirt's pockets. She glanced up again only when Ketsu left, and watched until she'd disappeared out of sight. She shifted awkwardly in place, eyes upon the floor as her ears flattened back.
But they perked again as she heard her name and she stared towards Suka a bit reluctantly, not sure what he was going to say. She definitely wasn't expecting an apology. She blinked a couple times, taking a small step towards him before stopping again. Her eyes widened very slightly as Suka pushed himself up and moved from the bed, nearly falling a second after. But then he caught himself so he fell more slowly and ended up upon the floor.
Karin bit her lip anxiously and started towards him, when Ketsu suddenly returned. She froze, glancing back at the female again, eying the remaining blood packet nervously. She bit her tongue as Ketsu began draining one, and stared in silence as she offered it. "...no thanks," she mumbled. The last thing she wanted to do was start drinking blood. Her eyes darted to Suka for a moment and then returned to Ketsu. "Should I? Would it help?"
Hiro watched this all silently, every now and then glancing down at himself and seeing the black markings on his shoulders. He slowly lifted one hand, rubbing at one of the marks as if hoping it'd smear off. He sighed when it didn't. When Suka shifted, his arm dropped back to his side, catching himself before he could topple over. The male didn't seem to be in such good shape, but now Hiro didn't feel too hot either. He wasn't sure what was going on, and the main girl had left. His eyes shifted to the neko again, staring fixedly at her, though she was either watching the floor or Suka the entire time.
He frowned to himself, eyes shifting to the door as soon as Ketsu returned. He caught the scent of blood and bit down on his tongue, closing his eyes. What the hell were they planning to do? Just get it over with... he thought irritably. If he died, it'd be his own fault for not putting up much resistance at all. He felt like an idiot. Though, it wouldn't be fair to leave Yuki alone. And Alyssa, and Seishi... He kept his eyes shut, fist closing around the sheets of the bed he was seated upon.

Shortly after leaving the library, Ananda was all but carrying Rille. All of their earlier humor was gone, since Rille was having so much trouble. Rille groaned softly. I hate this! Good thing Nan decided to come with me. About halfway to the hospital, Ananda was finally fed up with it, and scooped Rille up into her arms. "Bugger this, we're taking a shortcut," she grumbled, and teleported them the rest of the way to the hospital, landing in front of the duty nurse's desk. "We need to see a doctor," Ananda said tersely. The nurse pointed them down a hall, into a cramped room, where Ananda deposited Rille on the bed. Looking down at her cousin, she noted with a sigh that she had fallen asleep. "Ah well," she said softly, "I've got her notebook, I can explain to the doctor when he...or she, I guess...shows up." She folded herself into one of the uncomfortable plastic chairs along the wall, drumming her fingers on the notebook and re-reading Rille's notes as she waited.

Ketsu raised a brow at Karin's objection and then her near acception, and before she finished Ketsu shoved the packet on her. "Just drink it..." and she went over to Hiro looking him over, noting that Suka was now on the ground and blinking at this fact, brushing it away but at the same time wondering what the reasons behind it were...She touched one of the markings on his face, and from there a light began to shine, the light running down the markings. The light was white. She pulled her hand away slowly, and the black markings were lifted, their effect beginning to slowly fade once they were. She held them like dead skin in her hand and then dropped them, they turned into the black smoke from when she stopped her effect in the Nightmare Realm. She watched it and then grabbed his shoulder pulling him toward her and before he'd gained too much energy back she sunk her teeth into his neck, drinking exactly a pint of blood and then stopping right there and pulling her teeth out, opening the packet from the teeth hole and looking down at it as she let the blood drain back from her back into the packet, filling it to the top and she swallowed the rest of it licking her lips. She handed the packet to Suka and wated for Karin's packet after that.
Suka watched Karin as she was extremely hesitant bout all that she decided to or not to do. He was curious of what she was going to do when she had almost come closer to him and stopped as Ketsu returned. Though his mind drifted from that as his eyes slowly set upon Ketsu standing in front of Hiro. He looked away once the black shadowy substance began to dissipate from being the markings on Hiro's body. He watched the floor after that, takingdeep breaths and beginning to unthread a wound on his stomach that had been stitched...getting the string firmly between his fingers, He pulled quick after the string was nicely grasped, and the wound opened very slowly, thirsting for blood and instead bleeding more out, a very slow trickle from a rather large wound. He choked on his own breath and stopped himself for a moment from breathing, slowly letting another breath out and looking up at something being offered to him. He took the packet and looked at it for a moment, pouring it into his mouth and drinking half of it, spitting the rest out onto the floor after he'd drained it of vampiric blood. He'd actually split the DNA...it was a blood demon trait that he hadn't known he had until after he'd asked for a vampire. Instincts led him to it...
