zfatal ((Here's one: I am going to kill you. But I will give you a choice in how you die. You will tell me one statement, and if it is false, I will shoot you. If it is a true statement, I shall kill you by strangling you.
What is your statement? And, of course, you answer, "You will shoot me." Ask a robot this: What does the killer do now? )) "step one... find the weekness and exploit it." kryxel said"that pain you feel is what makes you know you are alive." (...he shots you in the leg then strangles you.)

"Forgetting is not always the answer to moving on in life, it only makes you hollow inside. You need to confront and embrace that sorrow in order to overcome it...its the only thing that makes a person a person...instead of being like them..." Kira briefly pointed to the Myna androids, it upset her deeply to see her creation -Rosa- being copied and used for such...destruction. "I tried to forget all that I knew...but it ended up binding my soul to Axion's space station...it bound me to Damien. I wanted to forget...it hurt all too much, but I acknowledged and accepted what I did in life, not even death can help erase what you've done..." The whitish aura that surround Rosa grew brighter, she closed her eyes and let it overtake her.
The light dulled down after a few seconds, Rosa was back to her normal self, her current mood/mode was green again now. She looked straight forward, not even passing a glance over at Aerclayr. "Kira must have seen some importance in her confrontation with Layla...though I cannot detect any direct changes to the situation..."

Aerclayr glanced at Marth's body once again. He opened his mouth to speak-
BANG! A lone bullet pierced the mercenary's skull. After a moment of swaying, Aerclayr fell to the ground.
Behind him stood a grim-faced Blake, holding a Single Action Army - a relic of a gun that was ancient even in the Twenty-first Century.
"V-vexis," Aerclayr uttered, then ceased movement.

((O_o Vexis was the last person I'd expect him to mention...lol))
Vexis sat down by DAI's doorway, bored as she possibly could be. "Now I know why I never took up the job as a guard before..." Vexis complained, leaning up against the wall. Though as bored as she was, something seemed a bit off to her...what was it? 'That hunt of whats-his-face's is probably over with by now...that means that I should probably start searching for Damien soon...before these robots murder me!' Vexis stood up, and headed towards the door. "Sorry computer....thing, but I've got more important matters to attend to right now, buh-bye!" She then bolted off down the hallway, cautiously looking around for any Mynas that may be following.
~
Rosa wasn't surprised in the least, she had sensed Blake somewhere close before he fired his weapon. "I apologize about your crew member, Marth, I could not defend him from the enemy threat in time..."

Blake knelt down, clasping Marth's shoulder with his hands. "Marth... Marth... what will I do? What will Maggie do?"
Blake ignored the machine, ignored the enemy machines, ignored everything. He just looked at the corpse, sorrowful and disheartened. "Marth saved my life, so many times... we've been friends since I first went to that decrepit planet...."

Rage. Power. Revulsion. The Epitome of Insatiable Destruction.
An epitaph of a long lost brother, stalwart as earth, sturdy as stone, unbending as mountains.
...dead...?
Maggie found her stupor of inconceivable pain, and the notion of unmatched rage, dissipate in an instant. Whatever it was that had fueled her Bloghe Attere, the 'Turning of Minds,' was now gone. She was simple and whole again - no more pain, no more nightmares, no more sweating. No more pain... it felt good.... Maggie was finally happy again.

Rosa just watched from a distance, her attention on other matters currently. Rosa was built to protect...to defend innocent beings, no matter the cost, and she had failed to do so...so did it make her a defective tool to feel somewhat guilty on the issue? Damien and Kira had created a machine, a weapon, but instead, they failed...their weapon had evolved and faltered just as a living person does.
~
To Vexis' displeasure, she ran into a Myna unit all right, actually, 5 Mynas to be exact. "s**t!" Vexis dodged out the way of the first one, but immediately got caught up in the attack of another. Vexis turned to mist, trying to escape the many androids. She phased through each wall she saw, gradually losing the Mynas one at a time. She finally reached the outside, only to be confronted with a few more androids. "Oh COME ON!! Theres got to be ONE place where these things aren't wandering around!" Vexis practically growled at the androids that now chased her down the street, although Vexis learned one thing with this experience -turning intangible while running certainly made a good exercise.
~
Rosa was brought to attention at something further up the road, more Mynas and some unknown force were at the very edge of where her radar could reach. "Stay here...enemy threat approaching..." Rosa warned Blake, then ran off ahead to attack.

Blake glared at the force, but did not leave Marth's side. Instead, he pulled the sword out... causing a sound he did not wish to hear every again... and laid it beside Marth.
"How will I tell Maggie...?"
Matt stood, then made as if to wield his weapon. Swinging it, Matt then spun away, having feinted an attack. Using his turn as momentum, Matt threw the stun-sword at Kryxel, something the neko would not have expected whether he had fallen for the feint or not.

Matt took the sword back begrudgingly. "Honestly. I've never fought a day of my life... against anyone bigger than a three-year-old... and I've certainly never won a fight in my life. You can't expect me to learn anything just trying to beat someone who is stronger, faster, and more experienced than me, also one who can shape-shift?"
Matt then mumbled a few ugly words in the language of Italian. While it sounded very beautiful, the meaning was decidedly not. These comments were not directed at Kryxel, however, just the meanderings of a natural-born complainer.

((One last post for the night...))
Rosa formed both her arms into long, sharp blades, the heels of her boots formed into miniature knives as well. Rosa leaped at the first of the six total androids, piercing her blade straight into it's center, then threw the inactive drone at two of the others. Three Mynas tried to attack her at once, but Rosa quickly disposed of them. For the last two units, Rosa pushed both her arms together, forming one giant blade with electricity pulsing up it's sides, she slashed right into the drones, practically slicing them in half. Rosa adapted back to normal once the androids were taken care of, but she searched around for that other energy she had sensed.
Vexis solidified behind Rosa, eying her with both curiosity and caution. "...You're not like those other ones..." Vexis stated what was the obvious, pointing down at the other robots. "...But....you're not trying to kill me...you're a good robot, then?" Vexis asked.
Rosa glanced back at Vexis from the corners of her eyes, still serious as ever. "I suppose one could say that...I was programmed to protect, not to destroy without meaning. Is there anything you need assistance with, miss?" Rosa asked, now turning around to face Vexis.
Vexis thought long and hard on this, if you had a powerful robot ally protecting you, what wouldn't you want assistance on? "Uhm...well, do you by any chance know where the ship dock is in this place? I need to go somewhere..."
"As you wish, I shall accompany you there..." Rosa walked back towards where all the previous battles had taken place, occasionally stopping as Vexis fell behind.

Blake watched as Vexis and Rosa approached his location (or were they walking away?), but they didn't seem to be interesting in him per se. Where was Jad? The Dark Eagle had run out of targets... no more Myna were flying around.
Whether more of them were present, Blake did not know. He locked the Dark Eagle, of course, and he doubted there was a weapon in existence that could break Pyresian armor. ...Well, a weapon in human possession.

Matt dropped the sword in disgust. "Not my style."
The cabin boy began walking away, fed up with stupid 'training,' but stopped as a weapon held on a rack caught his eye. And did not release it.
Matt walked up to a large stave, examining the weaponry with awe. "Kryxel, what is this weapon?"
