What do you want to do? I think you need to do some thinking and see if you really want to pursue a relationship with him... again. He hurt all of us. I know for me, I couldn't give him another chance. Then again, I'm in a different situation right now and I can't make the decisions for you.
I think the first step is figuring out how you truly feel about him. Once you realize that, the rest should become a little easier.
