Chibi Duckling Jadonima Chibi Duckling ((hows it goin jad, besides real life dishing you some crap lately? xd )) Juno wrapped an arm around Cerri, and kissed her head before taking a swig of his coffee. wait for it, wait for it...ping! yep, im totally awake now. Juno chuckled to himself, setting his coffee on the little side table and stroking Cerri's arm with his free arm. ((ey, well... all i can really say's that i'm alive... you?)) ((well, i feel a little better now for the moment. teenagers are so stupid and stubborn though. it gets frustrating.)) ((aye, i see.. on a personal note, if i fail to respond for a while, i'm also watching scryed...))

"How's Wren feeling now?" *jad gave a knowing smile and a nod, drinking more from his coffee, using his other hand to pull his reader out of his pocket*

Juno closed his eyes, inhaling sharply when Cerri kissed his neck. "Mmm? Wren, she's better. She can walk around her room a little, and she can use her arms well, so she might be able to use crutches soon, as aids. I'm kind of afraid of giving them too her though. Last time she had them she made a sport of hitting me with them." Juno kissed Cerri's nose. "And how have you been, my lovely fire-headed beauty?"

Cerri returned Jad's smile, then giggled at the kiss to her nose. "My dear, I will protect you from Wren's reign of terror as best I can, I promise." she teased, then set her empty mug aside as she shifted to be in his lap. "I've been okay. Lily is in a coma. And... you remember the curse I had when we first met? Xaldin got her with it." she told him quietly.

Juno smiled. "Thank you for protecting me, I don't know where I'd be without you." He wilingly adjusted to Cerri's shift, wrapping his arms around her. His face turned grave at her comment about Lily. "Is there anything I can do to help? Or will this end up like last time?"

Xaldin got her with it." she told him quietly. *jad's ears perked up and his eyes slitted as he let out a very faint hiss... the falcon heard it, and bobbed it's head in aggitation* Xaldin?

She hesitated a moment, then hid her face in his neck, shaking a little. "But I don't know if I can keep her from dying, Juno." Then, having heard the hiss from Jad as well, she darted her eye to him, nodding slightly.

Arlen lay next to Lily, pretending to be asleep even though he had woken up a little while ago. His heart panged painfully upon overhearing Cerri's conversation with Juno.

Tomo walked downstairs, getting into a long enough stretch that his navel was exposed. He relaxed and scratched his ribs absently "Hey everyone," He greeted warmly as he walked over to the tea pot.

"You killed his body, not his soul." Cerri told Jad softly, hiding her face again, moving closer to Juno. "He has enchantments in place... to send him to a complete death requires special preparations and items, most of which are unique items that he has hidden." Then she looked up at Tomo, and gave a small smile. "Hello, Tomo."

Juno rubbed her back, trying to comfort her. Frankly, he didn't know what to do, he'd never really had much interaction with wizards and the like, but he was willing to help any way he could. Hearing the hiss from Jad, he looked quizzically at him for a brief moment, before returning his attention to Cerri. "Damned straight. Tell me anything I can do to help."
