Density, not weight, determines bouyancy.

Let Octillary or Mantine, Gyarados, Swampert...and i think that would be a good choice to pick from.

Me: With a specail Pokeblock, you can by form the Aqua store, its called a rainbow pokeblock...i think or somehting like that
