She laughed lightly, "Yes, you're one of them. I guess I could do it after...or the next day," she nodded, "I'll be right back~"
She slipped back into the room a few minutes later with a large glass of milk for Kyle and a little one for herself, "I've just realized....Jerry also told me I need to go buy a new outfit for this party...he said he wants it to be glamorous..," she laughed and made a face, "I don't know what to do."

"That's the spirit! A huge party for the Order, a little get together for the special friends~," he stated resolutely, as if it had been partially his decision. Kyle waved her off and waited, unconsciously pulling at his shoelaces.
He perked up when Liv came back, grabbing the glass and downing half of it before letting out a satisfied sigh. "Thanks~. So you've gotta go shopping? I thought all of you girls were good at this kind of stuff," he laughed, setting the glass down, "I could help you if you want, though~."

"Well I am, in case you hadn't noticed, I am very fashion-forward. But no woman likes to shop alone," she pursed her lips, "And Jerry was very specific that it had to be flashy.....he wants me in something stunning," she looked at him, "You could probably help..."

"Alright, alright, I got it," he nodded, not quite understanding the need to shop with other people. At the word 'stunning', he grinned, hoping that it also meant 'sexy'. "I can always help find something flashy. You might not think it, but I'm not too bad at picking out outfits for women~."

"Of course! That's what you're looking for, right?" he simply stared at her with his attempt at a charming smile and hopped up. "Wait... you have that long, and you want to find it now?" Kyle raised an eyebrow in confusion as he kicked open the exit door, wondering why she wanted to get it done right away. "You sure like to be prepared, don't you?"

She sighed a little and chewed her lip, ignoring his attempted charm, "Well...that is what Jerry made it sound like I should be looking for...," she followed him out onto the grounds as he kicked the door open, "Well if I change my mind, I can take it back and get something else. But yes, I do like to be prepared.."

Kyle continued leading the way to the town, crossing his arms across his chest and frowning. "You know, most girls would sound a lot happier about all of this... You're about to have a huge birthday bash and be the one every guy's got his eyes on," he gave her a sly grin and a gentle nudge to the arm, insinuating that he himself would be included. "So cheer up!"

She smiled as he tried to cheer her up. Truthfully she was very excited about it, and it wasn't like she hadn't flaunted herself in the past, but things were different now. She knew she would have a blast when the actual time came, "I am, really..I'm excited. It's just that...," she smiled at his nudge and patted his arm before taking it in her own, looping them, "...it isn't every man that I'm concerned with..."

"See, that's what you should be doing~," he smiled along with her, poking her cheek lightly. "Well, if you're excited, what's the big- ohhhh..." Kyle barely noticed her looping their arms together once he'd made the connection, furrowing his brows in thought. "Okay, so you're crushing on someone?" he asked bluntly, a knowing smirk on his lips. Of course, he was wrong about one thing: it wasn't him.

Her cheeks tinged pink and she looked at the ground as they walked through town, "..There is one man..I've grown particularly fond of over the last few months...," she sighed gently just thinking about Mishka. She didn't think for a second that Kyle might be under the delusion that it was him, "But it doesn't matter, because I have Luci and..it's complicated," she added quickly.

The smirk grew as they kept walking passed shops, signaling that he hadn't quite gotten the hint. "He sounds pretty awesome if he grabbed your attention for that long," he stated, calculating when exactly he had arrived at the Order. "Whoa, whoa, why would you think that would be a problem? I'm sure if I-he's as great as he sounds, he would accept your situation!"

She bit her lip as she smiled, her blush deepening, "He is quite wonderful...," she looked at him when he got louder. He probably wouldn't understand, because he didn't know what it was like to be a woman. She had already had a child out of wedlock, and been previously engaged to another man. She was one of the last women most men would ever care to be with now.
"You would think that, sweetheart, but...it isn't the case. I..well, I don't know how he feels...he's been extremely kind to Luci and me, and Luci is very taken with him. But he's such a kind man, it's just his nature. I don't know if he would really..ever consider anything past friendship," she sighed a little, "I only now that most men would not care to become romantically involved with me, especially with Luci in the picture."
She tapped her fingers a little in thought and made a small noise of displeasure, "Oohh...and I've told myself I should be looking out for Luci and what she wants...not just what I want...if I become involved with a man, it doesn't juts affect me, it affects her, too. I don't even know what she would think."
