Yes, it was rather obvious to those who knew where to look at the sudden changes within both of your body languages whenever one of you were close to the other.

Well, sometimes he'd go out of his way to help me but I thought he was just being loyal to Fabletown. I guess I missed a lot of the earlier signs since I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to be alone. I didn't date or even look for a man to date.
I did however notice that when I was in the hospital he was always eager for his shift to sit with me. Oh and when I was pregnant, the grass under my window became really worn and strewn with cigarette butts.

With how much you two fought it was sure signs of something was going on that either one of you or both of you were fighting desperately.
And of course he was close to you when you were recovering from the shot. You was checking up on you.

I was stupid when that whole situation went down. I just pushed him away and then dealt with the whole pregnancy on my own, which was difficult. Besides, it was not fair for me to cut him out of the whole experience.
Ah well. No point beating myself up over past mistakes.
