ninja_lord bb3000ae why cant you trust it, it the rules, we just dont throw stuff up there for s**t and giggles well cuz that one rule was there that i cant learn jutsu till im chunin, and i can learn higher than my rank, but you debunked both of those rules lol Where did you see that rule about the chunin, cause im looking at the rules right now and that is no where on there. Sarius Tanaka Rules To Note that all Jutsu that were Approve before these rules have nothing to worry about. These will be the rules for when you make the Custom. To warn you people these rules will be stricter then the last time, but still fair. I really hope people mind me putting these rules here. To the people who might not like them, we need these rules so people won't get jutsu left and right and that way might seem fair, but for people like me who think thats to easy and want to make a little hard this is the best way.
First off only Sarius Tanaka and Death_God_Mito can approve Jutsu/Weapon.
No arguing with our choice, if you do we will ban you from requesting any Custom (only a couple days or top a week or 2)
Only One post per 24 hours and it can have three request in that post.
All request description has to be a paragraph of more.
Three post per week.
Rank of Jutsu must be the same as your chakra system. (Ex. your a genin and asking to make a jonin rank Jutsu, when you already know a Jonin rank jutsu, it will be denied)
Only 2 weapons request per month
No putting your weapon can cut through everything.
No Chatting in the request forum!
Fill out the whole Format for Request, no skipping.
One hit kills will be denied with a question, so try not to put them up there.
Some more rules will be add if something goes wrong!
If you want to be a approver you have to be at least be a crew or up

Right here x-Ski-x Here is where you will post you custom jutsu for approval. Rules: 1. Has to be longer then 10 sentences, due how lazy people are getting with the description and the description have to be organized and not have random stuff place in it 2. Be sure to check the jutsu and not copy them. 3. If improving a jutsu be sure to put that down and make sure you already learn it before improving. 4. You can only 1 post containing three requests in a Day 5. You have only 3 posts per week. 6. If you break in of the rules you jutsu will denied 7. You must be chunnin or higher to make a custom jutsu. any lower and It will not be appected8. Provide a DETAILED rp sample with your post.

To everyone that said there bored, i got just a few words.
GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND DO SOMETHING. My god you people, i gave you all the ability to go anywhere you want and your still bored. If you sit around and do nothing, yes your bored. Why not go into another village and try and steal some jutsu scroll to learn something. Or go fight someone. If your bored in this guild, it your own fault.
