I foresee friction (Like, major rug burn) if we put any of the normally warring countries together.... Just a consideration I felt the unnatural urge to throw in.

Maybe sketch up a map of the countries that are incompatible? If we ever get the countries we're keeping sorted out, we'll need to organize them smoothly...
