Oh no, it's quite done with the exception of all the Vizard abilities. But since the Vizard's techs are identical to the Shinigami techs with the addition of cero and stuff, I'm not really concerned with it at the moment.
I have no intention of adding those explanations, I believe it adds unnecessary specificity.

I'm just wondering, not like it's anything I am worried about. << Of course, so did Tetsu, in a way... xd He does it a lot, and so do Hibiki and Lee.
If you guys really stop to think about it, BWC's Gotei 13 is rather dysfunctional for a military. The Sephira get along better than the Shinigami as a whole do.

And I don't get why you wait until now to ask questions like these when I announced these changes in the Crew forum and put up a thread specifically designed for feedback on it. >.> It has been there since January.

Why is everyone so stupid?! scream Nearly every thread I go to in the Test Forum has the exact same symbols just copy/pasted to one post in their thread. And some say "don't steal plox!" like they didn't already take them from someone who also got it from someone who probably got it from a website that got it from a free utility from a MS OS.What is the point?! scream
