The nurse beside Sari screamed and stumbled back, holding a hand to her chest.
"Y-your not ever supposed to wake up.."
Sari moaned.
"Well I'm awake ar-arent I?"
Hyua made an epps sound before trying not to trip. She looked back at Romano.
"I will be right back!"

Kemono tried to get up again, he was worried about Sari but he was so weak from that surgery, he didn't notice ituntil now but his right sword arm was completely gone from the elbow down, he started to panic and scream.
The doctor kept smiling till he got the sound of the alarms and let go, rushing in to try and calm Kemono down.
Romano frowned and grumbled, either that or his stomach did. He didn't want to wait because he was impatient so he went back home to go to bed. He walked in the house and kicked off his shoes before plopping on the couch and grumbling.

Hyua walked in.
"Kemono-kun.. calm down.. come on, calm down.." She hugged him and began to try and regenerate his arm while it was still numb.

Kemono looked at them with wide eyes before he calmed down but pushed her gently away with his other arm even though he was weak, the doctor got him to lay down again and fix any loosened tubes or needles. "W-Where am I...?" He mumbled, trying to hide where his arm use to be under the blanket. "I deserve this...I'm such a moron..." He thought to himself.

Hyua bit her lip a bit when he pushed her away.
"Your back in the star, Sari's the room just next to you, we thought it would be comforting if we kept her close to you.." She bit he rlip, unsure if that nurse pulled the plug or not.

Kemono held the blankets tight to him, it was difficult to see still because his right eye was blind. "Thank god...I'm such a idiot to even think I could be a good and protective friend to her..." he touched the bandage on his eye. The doctor was checking his arm and looked sad for once, they had cut off the arm below the elbow because his burns got infected there. He wrapped it back up and checked the monitors.

"Here in a few hours I can regenerate your arm, your body just needs to get used to everything,"
Sari tried to opeb her eyes more but it was impossible, if anything, she wanted Kemono.

Kemono shook his head lightly and held back tears. "Leave it alone...I-I don't eer want to see that arm back..." he looked at the door as if he heard sari. "I-I want to see sari..."
The doctor looked confused at hyua. "Can I talk to you later hyua? We can get him in a wheelchair to get to his friend.

Hyua nodded.
"Of course, and go ahead... I have to go check on my patient.." She laid a hand on Kemono's shoulder real quick, squeezing it lightly as if to say she was here, and walked back out to go find Romano.
Sari moved her head to looked at herself, there was nothing wrong with her, no burns or cuts... but how come it felt like she was burning alive? Was this because she let San Metsu go out of anger? It felt like her muscles were burning.. she could barely feel anything... She heard a pitiful mew and let her eyes drop to Tayu, who was looking at her worriedly.
"I'm alright... Tayu... just a bit hurt.. that's all.."

Romano had fallen asleep o the couch at their house, he got some frustration out by smashing a pot he had made a day ago. He was snoring on the couch with the pillow over his head.
The doctor helped kemono in a wheelchair and set his oxygen tank on the back of it. He got him wheeled next door and knocked lightly. "Ma'am? Someone wants to see you..." the nurse had already told him she was awake.

Sari looked at the door.
"C-Come in!" She coughed a bit, god that hurt! The nurse opened the door for her.
The nurse bit her lip and bounced a bit, she wanted to tell the doctor of her physical health but didn't want to upset an patient, let alone two.
"Can I talk to you briefly, doctor?"

The doctor wheeled kemono by sari's bed and made sure he couldn't roll away. He looked at the nurse and nodded. "Sure..."
Kemono looked at sari smiled softly, he couldn't hide half his arm gone so he hoped she wouldn't worry. "Hi...sari-chan..."

Sari bit her lip softly.
"K-Kemo-kun... I am so sorry... I.. I underestimated them badly..." She sighed and closed her eyes. "Are you alright?"
The nurse dragged the doctor in to the hallway.
"Her vitals are still in the red zone, I have no clue how she woke up, she shoul be dead! Her muscle tissue is just to deteriorated for her to be even breathing right now, let alone have her heart pump blood through her system... Do you think maybe she woke up to see her friend one last time or.... is she a freak?"

Kemono reached out and laid a hand on her cheek and nodded. "I'm ok...I just woke up a few minutes ago since I got surgery...are you ok?" he smiled his goofy smile just for her.
The doctor pointed a stern finger at her. "No patient is a freak got it? Humans are not ment to be the same, we are all different..." he put his hand down and sighed, he actually hoped it was cause she was a freak. "The boy is still in bad condition too...if we can't get rid of the infection then we need to call Dr. Asomi from Konoha..."

Sari closed her eyes.
"I'm okay, I guess... everything hurts. San Metsu's chakr amust have done damage to my muscles... the nurse says I should be dead now."
The nurse nodded, then bit her lip.
"Do you think that she'll come? She is busy and kohona just got recently attacked.."
