He put an arm around her in comforting fashion, rubbing at her arm as he was trying to do his best to comfort her. Reaching over to her wine glass, he handed it to her...maybe it would calm her down a little. "Men fight, it's what we do. Better to get it all out that let it all just build up on the inside, right? I'm sure it'll smooth out."

"I don't know exactly where he went Kelligrin. He merely said that he had some work to do that he would be gone. To check in on you all some and make sure you all were doing alright. He didn't tell me when he'd be back but he never does." It wasn't unusual behavior from Sevilin after all, that's how he did things but his son following up like this did make her worry. "If I could tell you more Zykariel I would, but I can't. Come on, you and I are heading back home and we're checking on your mother."

She took the glass and drank the rest of it in short order, wishing she could have some more. It wasn't good for her or the baby and she wasn't going to put that precious life in jeopardy for her own selfish needs. "In some cases but in others...it takes a lot for Sevilin to get that upset. And if Zykariel let Kelligrin get away like that, he was just as upset." Shaking her head and then holding her stomach as a spasm racked through her and she closed her eyes in pain.
"But that's not good enough, Keely." Yes, he probably sounded like he was wailing or whining or both but he was really upset about this. His father had never ever before left. And Zykariel was terrified he wasn't coming back. "But I want to find him, not check on my mom. She's fine. She has Nadai and they'll find Kelligrin. I know they will."

A worreid look at her obvious distress. "Are you alright?" Now he was worried and wasn't sure if there was anything he was going to be able to do about it. Which was a horrible thing to think really.

Firstly she didn't have a single idea who Nadai was and that was worrisome. "No. Your father can take care of himself. You can go look for him after you are sure your home is alright. Besides if he really is working it is best if you don't disturb him." Setting her hands on his shoulders nad pushing. "besides, you know how hard it is for me to find your house. Now come on."

"I...yes...." Reaching out and squeezing his hand as another cramp racked her. It just happens sometimes, that's all. But it still hurt. "My body is telling me that I need to eat but eating will mean that I will shortly throw it all back up." Falling forward so she was kneeling and bent over her knees before she rolled to her side, her head nearly in Nadai's lap. "Help me get to the....bathroom..."
These were not the answers he wanted to hear but Keely was unmovable when she got an idea into her head. Much like other women, too. Sighing resignedly, he turned around and began walking back towards his own house. So, his father had left without a word to his mother or telling Keely when he was coming back. None of that was good. "It's up ahead, Keely. I really want to go look for Dad though. And besides, Mom didn't even know I was gone..."

He was worried, regardless of what she was saying honestly. “If you eat something light it won’t come back up on you.” Duly slipping an arm around her back and under her knees, picking her up and carrying her to the nearest bathroom in the place. “Just take a minute and relax, worrying isn’t going to do you any good.”

She grabbed him by the arm. “You’re a fool if you think I’m going to let you wander off to God only knows where, and by yourself at that. That’d make me just as foolish as you. And shame on you for not letting your mother know you left either, what if something happened?” Dragging him inside the house, Keely knew how to handle these boys, she called out, “Zahara?”

"I certainly hope not." Keeping her arms locked tightly around his neck, she took deep breaths and rested her head against his shoulder, then leaned against the sink and studied her complexion in the polished glass they'd hung. She looked alright but felt horrible. Deep, deep, deep breaths. "I can't help but worry. It's not good for me or the baby but there you have it." And all that quickly deep breaths were no longer working and she was leaning over the toilet, retching. Pause. "Here..."
He was beginning to regret going to Keely altogether. She obviously wanted to stop him from finding his father and that's what he needed, no wanted, to do. "But Keely..." Not that it did any good. He was still younger than her even if he was bigger. "She didn't need to know because she would have only worried. And if something happened..." Suddenly breaking off. "That's it. Keely, try to kill me!"

She blinked at him oddly and then promptly put the back of her hand to hsi forehead, obviously feeling for heat from a fever from the boy. "Are you coming down from something?" Shaking her head and still dragging him by the arm. "Look...while your father is away, you are the man of this house and you need to learn to take that responsibility and tend to it." Firm on this yes, after all she was right in her thinking.
A blink at Nadai seeing as she found him not familiar and thus hse didn't trust him too much. "You, take Zykariel and go make something to eat." Shoving the boy to the older elf and then pressing pass to drop down by Zahara, rubbing at her back lightly. "Shh, it's alright. Do you have some mint in your pantry?"

He was confused but okay. A look to Zykariel as he had caught the stumbling boy and blinked at him. "Compliance is good, right?" Thusly exiting the bathroom with the boy and heading to the kitchen. "Zykariel, what happened? Did you have a fight?"

"Yes, I know that but-" No, she still didn't understand. Being handed off didn't make him any happier either. "That's not important now. I need you to hurt me, Nadai. And I don't mean some silly little pinch or something like that. I need you to try to kill to me."
Cheek down on the toilet was always a lovely way to receive company, wasn't it? Zahara made a disgusted face at the smell and taste of bile in her mouth and nodded. "I usually put it in my tea." She never should have had that wine on an empty stomach. That was what was responsible for her sudden need to expel. "Keely...did you see Zykariel?"

He looked at the boy just as Keely had. "Zykariel, you didn't cause that much trouble...I'm not going to try and kill you. Even if you did, don't you think that's a bit harsh? Besides...things go wrong when other things like that happen."

Helping Zahara up, she got the woman upstairs and to her room, helping her lay down. Why did such things happen when Malik was away? "I'll make you some then with that in there." Blinking though as she asked on Zykariel...these Inthara men were getting on her nerves. "What about him?"

Nobody understood. Then again, neither Keely nor Nadai knew the way his father worked. "It's not because of that, Nadai. The one thing guaranteed to make my dad come home is if one of us is really hurt. He's got a rune on us that notifies him instantly if something horrible happens. He'll come running and then we can convince him to stay if he's planning on leaving again. But it has to be real. The rune won't go off unless I'm really hurt."
Leaning on Keely, she made it to her bed and collapsed in it, burying her face in Sevilin's pillow. It would be so much nicer if he was here to hold her and make her feel better. Lifting her head, she sighed. "He was really upset and I just wanted to make sure he was home. I was getting ready to go look for him when you showed up. What are you doing here, anyway?"

"Zykariel, that's not a good reason or a good method. If you hurt yourself like that, something else could go terribly wrong and who's to say that whatever it is that alerts your father is going to work this time. He may be ignoring things on purpose for the moment." Pushing the boy down into a chair at the table.

"I practically dragged him back here. Which is why I'm here. He came to Twilight to tell me to come here while he went looking for Sevilin. I told him that I knew Sevilin was gone and that he was better use here than pestering his father. I'm still not quite sure what's going on..." Pulling the covers up over Zahara. "Now you just be still a moment and I'll go get you some tea." Thusly heading down to the kitchen and ignoring the men as she went about making tea.

"Well...I don't know how else to do, Nadai. He has to come back and since it's my fault that he left...I should be the one to bring him back. What am I going to tell Kelligrin when he doesn't show up to tuck him in for reverie?" Shaking his head and sighing as he was forced to sit. No, this wasn't good at all.
"Oh..." Well that made some sense, didn't it? She tried to piece together the information that she had and nodded. "Neither am I." Burying her head beneath her covers, she reached out to bonds. Sevilin...if you can hear me just tell me you're alright.

Nym poked his head out of his hidey hole in the bedroom, watching Zahara in the bed. Where was Sevilin? And why was everyone so upset? Chittering he slunk out form the hole and climbed up the bed, coming to sit on the pillow above her head, giving a paw and a chitter to her. What are you worried about?
"I'm sure this isn't the first time that your father has been away for a night or so, now has it? You simply tell him that he's away. If you did fight, it's better to let him cool off. Isn't that what you'd want if you were the one who walked off?"

"He's right Kelligrin, I don't see why you're so worked up about this. You're assuming the worse." Dropping a few crushed mint leaves into the tea she had made and setting it and a couple of slices of toast on a tray that was duly taken back up to Zahara. "Nym, bug off. Don't torment her."

They just didn't get it. They hadn't seen the look that had flashed into his father's eyes or heard the horrible things Zykariel had been saying. He'd always wondered if his mother was going to leave again but had never once considered his father doing so. Could he not come back? Could he really leave him and his brother and sisters and this new baby and never show up again? His logic told him no but his heart kept squeezing at the flash of pain he'd seen on his father's face. "I guess you're right." Glancing down at his hands and sighing. 'Well, I hope he comes back soon."
"He's alright." Reaching out and lightly scooping the furry creature beneath the covers with her. "He's just worried because there's so much going on." Nuzzling the creature's soft fur against her cheek, she took the cup of tea and sipped slowly then set it down on the nightstand. "Thank you. Would you...send Nadai up to me, Keely?"

"I suppose he's a good piece of mind, after all if he's not worried about anything else doesn't that mean that Sevilin is just fine. I still don't understand why Zykariel is so upset about him leaving. Sevilin does that on occassion. Things happen, he has to check up on him." A blink at the mention of this guy again and she nodded, heading downstairs. "You, she wants to see you."

He crossed his arms and shook his head at the boy. "I know you want to go find him and make things better but sometimes that can be the more evil of two options. Everyone needs some time to cool off. If anyone needs apologies first, it should be your little brother." Looking up as that blonde human girl pointed to him. "Oh she does?" Upstairs with him then, wandering into her room a little quieter than normal. "You okay?"
He purred for her, nuzzling her back and licking at her face some in effort to make her feel better. After all, that's what Sevilin said to do wasn't it? Though he did give a disgruntled noise when Nadai came into the room.
