No, this guild. (Team Aqua) This is what my character (Ariel) looks like.

Regarding the TRP, I'm afraid I have to drop the hammer. Not only is there no such thing as a wild triple battle, catching a pokemon during a wild double battle is a tricky affair. You have to KO the pokemon you don't want to catch, and using the Pokeball takes the entire turn for both of your Pokemon.

And only one White Flute use is allowed per mission, except in very unusual circumstances.

Ginji or Brian can overturn my ruling.

Aww damn it, so none of it counted. Correct. It's not a huge deal to me, but I just wanna confirm.

Yours was fine. You knocked out Pidove and used your turn to catch Pansage. It's Nick who's gonna have some editing to do.

Yeah, he figured he MIGHT need to edit. But he decided to go ahead and accept possible consequences.

I'm going to allow catching a SINGLE Pokemon in a double battle that uses up one of the Pokemon's turns. This precedent was established in Pokemon Colosseum.

No wild triple battles or white flute abuse though. That ruling still stands.

Am I really the only one who has had a Wild Triple battle!?

That was Gen III, though. It was also strictly trainer battles unless you were at a Pokespot. Later games modified the mechanics.

But, if that's the ruling, then I have nothing else to add.

I didn't like that particular change past gen 3. If you think about it, it would be more intense in a trainer battle, especially with one of the Pokemon on the other side being a shadow Pokemon. Wild battles should be tame in comparison and as such easy to catch one Pokemon.

Perhaps, but it might also be a more orderly affair. Two pokemon and their trainer acting in unison would make it easier to target a single Pokemon for capture. Two wild pokemon acting on their own seems a lot more chaotic. So I guess that brings us to the final question:

Must the Pokemon you wish to catch be the last one on the opposing field, as it is in Gen IV and V; or can you attempt it with both foes standing as in Gen III?
