He takes it and dials home "hey Ben.*pause* No I'm not arrested. *pause* No I'm not out of town. *pause* Well.. I HAD them but now I don't. *pause* I uh.. lost them. *pause* No... I'm at a... friends house *pause* From school. *pause then winces as the volume raises on the other end* I know.. sorry. *pause* NO! Thats not necessary.. sir. *pause* I didn't have a tone! *pause then in a small voice* You did? When.. and how long? *pause* Oh.. he is. I see. *pause* I will. Lo.." He stops at a banging sound downstairs where someone is knocking on the door. "He's here... see you soone Ben." And hung up the phone putting his 'I don't care about anything' face on and turning to Franki "Ben's friend tracked me down and is here to bring me home so I have to go. Thanks for the coffee." And started to walk downstairs

::her cell phone rings, an annoying blast of shrill sound, constantly repeated, and loud enough for anyone in that room and the connecting rooms to hear it. she winces and looks at the number. Her face shows misery for a second before falling into her usal polite mask as she hits the awnser button and hesitatesd, then puts it to her ear, giving an appologetic look to kisha, she stands and walks to any other random room::

He shrugged a bit "Whatever.. but remember I warned you." He goes downstairs and opens the door.. a big, burly and frankly mean looking man is standing there. He glares at Iyashii when he sees him then sneers.
"So this is where you've been hiding huh? Ben's majorly pissed that you missed your mom's anniversary. *laughs* I wouldn't want to be in your shoes! Let's go!!" He grabs Iyashii's arm harshly and starts dragging him out ignoring his gasp of pain.

Iyashii looked in shock at the new girl's (who he didn't even know was there!) comment then placed a hand on Franki's shoulder "Don't bother... it's ok."
Joe smirked at the two girls "What are you two gonna do about it? This one's in BIG trouble for not going home when he was supposed to and... 'punishment' *Iyashii gulps a bit* is in order!" He made to grab Iyashii again.

He nods toward Ki in greeting and sighs "Franki let it go.. I told you he wouldn't..."
Joe interrupts angrily "What have you been saying 'yashii? have you been complaining? Think you have it sooo bad at home? You should consider yourself lucky that Ben takes care of you and puts a roof over your head.. and out of the kindness of his heart! He could've just dumped you! And then where would you be? So what kind of lies are you spreading??" He starts menacingly toward him
Iyashii backs up a bit finally looking as scared as he felt "I didn't say anything! I told her I had to go home but she wanted my help! Thats all... I swear I didn't say anything! I was good!"
"yeah right... your never good! Your a lousy good for nothing kid! A waste of space.. and you've wasted enough time here.. LET'S GO!"
