I feel a bit like a jackal for even asking, but I had never been able to get my character to meet up with Noir to learn a made-up from him. He had given me permission already, but until we would have met up, it wouldn't have been official. Is there any way I could still get it? (His Senbonzakura one.)

Nope. Only he cna teach it to you, and it has to req skill points or anything, so it was all up to him, which means you're pretty much screwed. HOWEVER, since he's gone, that jutsu technically doesn't exist, therefore, it's up for grabs. Oh, and by the way...  COWz!!1!

Okay, another sword question. (Obviously related to Katana's unveiling.)
So I go there, learn X skills/items to craft the sword. Then I get the sword, and if applicable, the made-up slots, correct?
So my profile would gain something like:
-CP raised by the relevant amount.
-Custom Sword (possibly given a name) [component 1, 2, 3...]
-2 made-up slots that are directly tied to the sword's nature. (I assume you would need to be wielding the sword to use the made-ups?)
Also, due to the nature of these swords, can they be stolen, looted from the fallen, whatever?
(Also, since Chain Hilt became a Clan item, then shouldn't Chain Blade be Clan as well, since there's very little else to it aside from that combination?)
[And yes, I already know what sword I'm going for (6500 CP), as well as at least one of the made-ups for it.]

Everything you said is correct my Friend.
The Swords can't be stolen or looted due to the very nature that each sword is unique. So even if Somebody steals it from you they will not be able to activate the safety.. I think you are right about the chian hilt...
But if you want those Sword Made ups you have to deal with a depressed Drago lol

Alright, thanks for answering! And I doubt I'll be needing to post the made-ups for some time yet. I'll be working on the post offline, since I think I'm going to have Tamao do something else first.

do you need to rp in the vilage to learn a skill
or can you rp it any where? and do you need to rp that you are a sort of training for that skill?

You are suppost to RP learning the skill in the village. The only way you can learn it somewhere else is if you RP with someone that already knows the skill and is teaching it to you.
