... the limit in kathy's guild was 5 quotes, er the quoting themselves shouldn't be slowing things down, but rather the images from the new post styles...a quick suggestion, set your cache to not update everytime it loads a new page, but like once a day... then your computer will use the cached images for the things that are the same, like the bar and other images on gaia, things that don't need to be updated
