I'm GLAD we didn't get anymore than what we did. I'm not a fan of snow... or winter in general. Gimme a beach and some nice 70 degrees, clear weather!

Thanks to the Pineapple Express it's nice and balmy here in Western Washington. (It's what they call the warm air currents from Hawaii)
Well balmy for Washington in winter.
Seriously I was walking around barefoot on the landing at the complex yesterday and the ground was warm.

xp It's been unseasonably chilly here in TX. I swear, last year this time, it was consistently hitting 70 degrees, right now it will be that one day and then in the 40's for the next week.

Angelique~Yuna it's 54 C here in montana...............which is unusual this time of year........i think........wahoo, i'm going to go outside and enjoy the nice day! xp Yeah, my inlaws were telling me that the last couple of years have just been weird. As far as I know Discovery didn't even open this year. Which sucks, I love skiing. That's alright though, there's always Fairmont. lol... Neko girl Manda xp It's been unseasonably chilly here in TX. I swear, last year this time, it was consistently hitting 70 degrees, right now it will be that one day and then in the 40's for the next week. Gods I know!!! I never know how to dress little one from one hour to the next. We went out yesterday and when we left it was chilly, half way though our errands she didn't need the coat anymore. This is insane!

Well, after a few weeks of trying I finally got a hold of my oldest daughter. She sounded ... tired to say the least. Apparently they have drugged her. I knew for a long time that there was a possibility of her having ADD or ADHD. Ever since pre-k really. She simply would NOT sit still, and I've been pressuring my ex to have her tested. I guess it took over 10 trips to the principles' office this year alone for him to finally break down and get her tested. And for once he did something smart. They were going to put her on Stritera, but that can lead to violent tendencies. So they put her on Adoral. She's only been on it for about two weeks and they already want to up the dosage because "It's wearing off to fast". He wouldn't clarify, but I guess they want her a zombie all damn day instead of just in school. I have a thing against medications, I've been diagnosed with adult ADD, but have started taking herbal suppliments instead of the prescribed medications and they're working wonders....Ok, I'm done now. Just wanted to give an update to all those who know about THAT particular situation. It's actually a lot worse, but I don't really want to bore you with details. Suffice it to say, I was told by my ex, "If you ever want to see your daughter again, you'd better get a lawyer." So he's willfully holding her from me. Hmm..according to the divorce decree, that's a BIG NO NO!!!!

Akilla! Well I got 20-30 or more. I can't tell as it blows everywhere. My shovelled piles grow close to 6 feet high though. Yes I have been to Anime Boston. I put my experience on this page: http://www.freaksrusworld.com/animefreak/Con.htmlWe had fun. Yep I watched the Pats game too.

I mean come on now? 31-10.. sweatdrop after we were 14-3 I think or whatever I don't remember I stopped watching. Well, superbowl 39 here we come.. I think we'll win this one. That's a lot of snow you got, I heard at the Cape (is that where you live?) they got at least 38 inches.

Illiana, I'm sorry you have a jackass ex. Do you have a lawyer that can help out?
I'm very wary of ADHD diagnoses. My little brother was the same way, so they instantly said he was it. Well, they gave him Aderall, which is a generic form of Ritalin. BAD BAD idea. He ended up pulling a knife on my mother and us and had to call 911 and watched as he was tackled and tied down and foaming at the mouth.
He's a handful, but it really was the worst thing for him, I'd be worried too.
Damn weird a** TX weather.
