I was considering just having Diel pop up in Iwatodai...playing video games in Paulownia Mall. But having him somewhere in Inaba might not hurt, either. XD
Or they could negotiate with somebody...we have options.

Abdiel is more the type who only shows up when things get hairy...or when playing video games or enjoying some human stuff...or just to chat with Ambriel and her human acquaintances...
He probably doesn't seem like he cares all that much at all about their duties...until he does. Then he REALLY does.
