"They got you, until I ended up here and helped you out of that. But yeah... let's put it this way, I'm supposed to be younger than you are. At least in the right time. I can't say how long it'd be from now, mostly because I don't know exactly how far Celebi took me to be here." Aden explained. "But this does suddenly make sense... there was an old woman saying about people vanishing from the forest, spouted nonsense that the guardian was upset. I guess she wasn't lying about who was responsible, but..."

He shrugged. "I can't see Celebi being upset so much as worried and trying to help in return for the help you gave. As for what someone like Team Rocket has in mind, I doubt it'd be good. What with the time travel and all."

"Probably were people that live around Azalea Town. Don't know if any of them are trainers. Even if they were... yeah, something'll have to be done. They don't belong in this time any more than I do." At this point, Aden found it best not to think about anything that might come of this. What was important was fixing what already had happened. He also figured that withholding his name wasn't such a wise idea, and damages weren't going to be too vast anyway. "I mean, while I'm sure Celebi's capable and all, it wouldn't be a good idea to go in with what they've been trying to get. Unless faceglomping Team Rocket would stop them. Anyway, name's Aden. Don't have to worry about remembering it, though. Probably for the better considering."

"Oh, I can manage if I had to. Doubt the others would share the same sentiment, and besides, there's people that wouldn't be too happy if I went the long way around." Of course there were other reasons, but he didn't want to think about the complications of being around at the same time he was actually born.

Recalling Geodude and motioning for Nidoran to follow, Aden hurried after Gold without a second to waste. Mareep would have to hold on for just a bit longer, but she'd be able to survive better in her ball anyway.

Aden wanted to comment about having heard of this incident. Not that it was something he could blame; cutting off a tail and selling it was a brand of weird that would probably come to rival certain regions. But it wasn't worth bringing up, on account of needless chatter.

"I would ask why, but something tells me they're somehow a delicacy." He said, already peering down the well to start his climb down. "I can't see why. Eating a Slowpoke's tail must be like trying to taste play-doh."

"Look, does this have anything to do with what's going on?" Aden retorted. "Besides, I didn't. That'd be my sister, who's probably enjoying her childhood as we speak. For all I know, this is even the same day she decided to try it." He wasn't sure if he was actually that far back, but he wasn't in any mood to inspect the accuracy of that.

"Yeah... don't get me wrong, I'm sure we could pull it off, but I don't wanna chance things somehow being made worse." Aden added, but by then, Celebi had taken off. Shrugging, he hurried on down into the well. Dark as anything to him, though.

"Surprised I didn't fall from that thing... knowing my luck, I'd end up landing on my back." Aden commented, keeping his voice low. He had recalled his Nidoran much earlier, back when they were en route to the well. But now, he had a ball in his hand. Ready to go. "So what do you think? Split up, divide and conquer, or plow through? I can do either." He was going towards one of the passes already, but only to peer further and assess things.

"Eh..." While what Aden saw wasn't in any way representative of what was around, he figured it was much safer to just take Gold's word for it. "Yeah, right." Nodding, he started down one of the passes.
