technicaly to be a ***** by LAW
You need to be 18 and the person has to be 3 ( 4 or 5 cant remember ) Years younger then you.
That gives leeway to someone who has a boyfriend/girlfriend who is 15 when they are 18; which is not too odd.
Ps. Ichi is SO lucky he did not see Kai doing that >.<

It depends on where you visit honestly. Idaho isn't to bad of a place...well for me at least. I may be an urban type of person but I'm not big on living in large cities.

Ah, well I haven't been there myself. Personally I enjoy more north, a lot better looking scenery and not a lot of crime...stupid people yes 3nodding
