It takes however long I f#cking decide. And I'll share a secret- Every time someone asks about it in a public forum, I add another day.
@Kaze: Well, technically no, but Zane had been running it. So no one is currently running it. Crew, and volunteers?

And if you complain afterwards, especially if he was merciful in approving it, he'll send you back to the drawing board. Anyway is there any kind of cut down for learning jutsu under your rank? And there is a plus one post minimum for learning from a scroll, so is there any way to learn a jutsu without that effect and without a teacher?

No, you dont get fewer posts for jutsu under your rank, but you dont have extra posts for jutsu over your rank.

Alrighty then thank you greg. So can I use a transformation jutsu to make my soma no Ko twins look light one person in casual settings? Cuz it really his hard to keep that a secret in oto XD.

Golden Spider of Kumo Since I've been gone for like... two weeks { Most likely only about 5 days, it just felt like forever } Did anything happen I should know about/ Do I have to remake Kenji in any way shape or form? { Such as deletion } * Cough * Because I think another question I had before I disappeared Has yet to be answered as well, but I forgot about it so it doesn't have any meaning now * Cough * Also Am I able to learn from scrolls? { The Teaching master type leads me to beleive that I can't. }

As an extra question on Kumo's part, Can I learn the Iwa's Fire-Taijustsu by myself? And must I get the scroll from the Kage, library, or either?

Normal run of the mill Universal Tai/Nin/Gen/Weapon styles/Fuuton/Suiton/Hyoton Jutsu... sweatdrop Seems like a lot when I sum it all up. xD

Only Hyouton, and you need a good RP reason to get the scrolls (i.e. they arent just sitting in the library.)
