"This really isnt our home so why dont you sleep on the couch. Maybe if someone comes back we can ask if you can sleep in a bedroom." Mana replied taking off his jacket and setting it down.

Kir couldn't hold all that blood. He doubled over and threw up for a second before wiping his mouth and walking after Lily.
"Chiasa?" Core looked at her in worry.

"You sure you're alright?" lily asked, worried again.
Chiasa looked around, not likeing the feeling she was getting, at all. Then she saw someone on a building with a bow... pointed at Core. "Core, look out!" she exclaimed, pushing out of the arrow's path.
Lydia nodded, though she still looked unsure. She went over to sit on the couch.

Kir looked up at her and nodded again.
Core grasped Chiasa's hand and pulled her with him as he was pushed over.

Nikoli took a deep breath. He still felt uneasy. Something wasn't exactly right, but what it was, he didn't know,and he wasn't about to let whatever it was know he knew.

Chiasa felt the arrow rip the back of her clothing as the arrow skimmed by her. "We need to go!" she exclaimed, trying to get to her feet, quickly.
"Promise you'll tell me if you think there's something wrong," lily asked.

Kir nodded without hesitation.
Core jumped to his feet and lifted Chiasa in his arms. With his metallic wings rising out of his back, he half ran, half glided away as fast as he could.

Chiasa looked over Core's shoulder, wanting to see if they were being pursued. She saw another arrow come their way, but it fell short of its mark. As did the othera that followed it.

Core angled his wings and suddenly flew sideways into an alleyway. He turned and kept running, hoping his flying skills had tricked whoever it was into thinking he just rounded a corner on the main street.

((oops, forgot about Lily))
"Then, let's go back," Lily said again, taking his hand.
As Core rounded another corner, the two of them came face to face with some men dressed in black.
Chiasa knew that this wasn't good and tried to squirm out of Core's arms so that she wouldn't weigh him down.

Kir gave Lily's hand a squeeze and started walking, wondering what the targets were up to on the other side of town. It disturbed him slightly.
Core stopped when he saw the men there. He couldn't stand against them. Not that many, "s**t..." He cursed and stepped back slowly. The burning in his chest grew stronger.
