Shadow_of_Shadows Angel87309 I felt him near me, kiss me, and began to hear his voice. I put my arms around him, clinging tightly to him. My eyes slowly opened and my surrondings came into veiw. I looked up into his eyes, my own eyes reflecting the hapiness that I felt on seeing him once more and the sadness of being apart from him for so long. "I'm sorry....for not getting back to you sooner....I tried", I said as a tear ran down my face. Her arms pulling on me, I leaned forward, placing a cheek against her's. "Shh...It's alright...You were in trouble...I'm sorry that I didn't get here sooner..." Slightly leaning back, I placed a hand upon her face, wiping away the tears with my thumb. I looked off, "I got caught off guard....stupid samurai....they abducted me and poisened me...that's why I have been sleeping so much...though the poisen is gone now...I promise", I said still upset about it but sighed and looked back to Kang. "Kang...how are you....last time I saw you in the desert...you were so weak...", I said sadly looking up at him with concern.

"Kang...how are you....last time I saw you in the desert...you were so weak...", I said sadly looking up at him with concern. Looking at her with soft eyes, I placed a hand over her's. "I walked all the way here...It took me some time, yet I was able to do so. But don't worry, I made it...just took a great deal of strength and much demonic energy to speed my healing process."

Then slowly I raised myself up sitting besides him, I leaned against him and put my head against his. I then put my arm around his waist as the other continued to hold tight to his hand. "oh, Kang....I've missed you so", I said softly. "And I've missed you..." Placing my left hand softly upon her back, I gently rubbed her. In doing so, I then kissed her upon her lips, slowly breaking it off after some time. "I'm sorry...this is all my fault...None of this would've happened if I didn't go to the desert that day...I should've never had left you...especially right after our wedding...I'm so sorry..."

Arriving back at the inn Chan jumped off of his dragon and walked up to Kouchi, would you like to help me on the isle of pain you can look for your friends as well?

I softly began to whisper in her ear as I tightened my grip upon her. "Runa...You will never have to wait for me, again...for I will now always be with you...I promise, I will never leave you...I will never go anywhere without you..." Hesitantly pulling away, I then slowly leaned my head forward, kissing her passionately as I still held onto her arms.

"Runa is probably in the room with Kang and the children are still in their room." Ok thanks and please dont talk about what i say in your mind, Chan then walked to the room Runa is in. Runa please open the door? Chan said as he knocked the door.

Kouchi sighed and shifted about nervously. He didn't like waiting around when he knew she was in trouble.

As we continued to kiss I felt my heart lifted and as I heard his words repeat through my head, I forgot my sadness. I was happy once more, I opened my eyes slowly but didn't pull away from him. My eyes now shined at him as I relaxed and enjoyed our time together, the feeling of being safe and protected in his strong arms forever more.
