Not quite sure what he was talking about, she just nodded, thinking something bad must have happened. Using his shoulders to lift herself, him being her main support for standing, she realized something... Something that was almost hard to accept, but from the feel of it, whatever she had... seemed gone. 'Hopefully it will all come back' She thought to herself as she looked more confused than ever. Mind still blurred, most thoughts assuming that what happened before was just a dream, she went along with what he was saying. Things were slowly coming back to her, but one-by-one, little-by-little. "Jay... Has Tsubasa done anything different lately with the guild?" As she asked this, she kneeled down, her legs about to give out anyway. "I mean... Did he start the tournament?"
As she was talking, something felt so wrong... Why was it that everything on her seemed to be warming up other than her... cheek? She had defiantly still had feelings for him but to him she seemed different.... What was wrong?! 'I can't place my finger on it!' She thought, her hand somehow finding it way to.. where he kissed her on the face. Many things were going through her head... 'Has he changed that much? Was I really gone that long?' Once again, she stood up. "Jay, I'm sorry, but I have to go get something straightened out." Once more standing up, she started to stumble away, her body mainly running on adrenalin.

'So that's why everything almost seemed... wrong' Her thoughts might not have been right, but at the time that's what she wanted to think. Turning back around, catching her balance on a tree, she turned her head. "Yeah?" For some odd reason, those words came out very scratchy. At the time everything about her seemed sad... hurt... scared... almost sick. "What is it?"

Her eyes widened. Straightening up, she gave a small confused smile. "What do you mean?" Her speech was dry, a lone tear falling to the ground, it looking more like she was happy than sad though.

"Jay! I.. I was pregnant! I probably said some really stupid things... Things I can't even remember. How could you believe such a thing?! And... divorce? You looked at me as if you were seeing a ghost! As if I was dead... You would have been... Oh... I don't know anymore!" She seemed very upset... "So... you don't trust me either then." Hands shaking, she turned her back to him. "Tsubasa left after asking Pale to marry him, then you... think I want nothing to do with you. I was going to have your children! You would have been the father... You! You... You even knew about my past! If you put everything together, you would know that I would always be with you even if I was away." Going on and on, finally falling into a full out sob, all she could do was think about it. "I know what it feels like to lose someone... But I don't understand your motives to losing someone..." Telling him this last thing, all other words were not understandable.

As he walked by, she had somehow managed to pause her crying, "Jay... I was so afraid of losing you. Then when I did for that short period of time... It was awful. I could never image what you were going through losing someone who you claim to love so much. To be honest, I've never been more scared in my life. I'm even more scared than the night I was..." She cut herself off, a light breeze blowing the hair from her face, it already stained by tears. "I don't want to lose you again... I just... don't" Her words faded, them almost putting her in a position that he could say anything an basically crush her.

"I have it... I mean... I have the time." It still sounded like she was crying, but the tear flow had stopped. "What is today's date?" The question seemed to be alittle far thrown, but there was a point to it. She was still trying to figure out why the kiss on the cheek was weird, but at the time, it seemed to be one of the things that she shouldn't really be worring about at the time.

"The ninth..." Jay said as he held her softly, wiping the remaining tears from her face with his one hand and hugging her close with the other "Why...do you ask?"
