We had just come home from the hospital.
And the picture was taken without my knowledge but it turned out good so its okay.

And the white side of his family can't say the spanish three. whee

Are you buying it by yourself?One story, 1265 sq. ft., a lot of space, big living room, 3 bedroom, big eat-in kitchen, kinda small bathroom, decent sized laundry room, and a cellar, with a big backyard, already privacy fenced, "two car" detached garage (but you could only get one in and out on a regular basis... more or less a one car garage with a workshop), and I'm more or less buying it myself, going through a mortgage company for a loan, but my fiance and her daughter will be living with me. 3nodding Closing is Tuesday, and I just hope all goes well! wahmbulance

Got my house for $125, 000.
It's pretty good for Florida cause we got it before the market went crazy.
Even though we have 5.25%, I think we're ready to refinance because it's been....holy crap, almost 5 years since we moved in.
