Kuro felt Alexz knife enter his stomach, it reopened his last wound. He grabbed her knife and pulled it from him, he then took a couple of steps back. He then gradually began to sink slowly into the shadows "Seems I may have to take a short leave" he galred at Alexz "For now that is" he then completely disappeared into the shadows.

Kuro began his healing process amongst the shadows.

Will growled in anger, his frustration mounting. Bit by bit, his control slipped. Everything he did to this son of a b***h wasn't doing a damned bit of good. The bloody vamp was even turning his own attacks against himself! And now he was implying that he was a piss poor hunter? That was it! "Alright Kyrre, I tried to do this the easy way. But you just won't quit, huh? Fine, have it your way. I'll show you the same glimpse of the afterlife that I got, the glimpse that left me with these powers that even I fear."

Screaming to the heavens, Will let the Power start to run loose. Even though the fire wasn't touching him yet burns formed all over his skin, the release of his power eating away at his very flesh even as it healed the wounds that it itself inflicted upon him. Bloody tears began leaking down his cheeks as the capillaries surrounding his blazing eyes burst, and blood dribbled out of his right nostril. Will's body was in the first stages of tearing itself apart from it's own energy. A bright flash that banished all the shadows on the docks and briefly lit the night so that it was as bright as day rushed out of him, accompanied by gusts of wind that smothered the fires. For that moment Will was at the center of a light as burning as the sun, and Kyrre stood exposed as it tore away at the shadows.

Then the light faded to reveal a greatly changed William Jackson. His eyes, locked right onto Kyrre, had energy literally leaking out of them as they blazed and crackled with a holy fire. His clothes were in tatters from the release of power, the only thing he wore that wasn't even touched was the silver cross that swung to and fro around his neck. The energy that once tightly hugged his body now surrounded it in a solid form of light, a form closely resembling an armored angel. Hellbringer had been discraded and replaced by a sword of pure energy held in his right hand. Just the outpouring of force kept him levitated above the ground by more than half of a foot. And when he spoke, the power fortified even his voice and made it otherworldly. "FEEL HONORED, KYRRE. I'VE NEVER HAD TO CONCIOUSLY PUSH MYSELF BEYOND SEVENTY PERCENT BEFORE, AND NOW I'M WELL INTO THE TAIL END OF THE EIGHTIES. NOW, WE CAN TRULY DO BATTLE, LEECH."

Then the being that was only in part William Jackson surged forward, blazing straight towards his foe like a comet as the concrete rippled and cracked in his wake.

The dark gaze that Rikku gave her would have scared anyone out of their wits, but Kerrigan knew that losing was not an option. The glare that she gave in return was full of more hatred than anyone would have ever seen from her. Sweat and grime cased black streaks down her face, her body covered in the smell of drying blood. She was quickly running out of ideas, mostly just due to the fact that she didn't have a sword. That, however, didn't mean that she would quit.

Back flipping twice, she ran to a pile of wooden crates that they had been fighting in front of a few moments before and grabbed her combat knife, which she had thrown at the elder, peeling it out of the wood. Holding it in a reverse grasp, she turned to the elder once more her black curls free falling down her back and into her face. It was then that the ground underneath them began to "burn" around them, spreading fast. This really did seem like the final fight...or Armageddon.

Looking at Rikku once more, she took off towards the elder once more making a slash at her chest going up and left while she brought her foot around towards the hand with the katana.

Rikku hit the combat knife with the katana she held, then moved her free hand, blocking the foot from connecting with the katana. As the fires spread, she wondered if Kyrre could really keep any control over the void...and now a light so bright...which would have been a bit more daunting without the diamond, was still bright...

Rikku turned to Kerrigan, "That part of William would kill you for merely being what you are, no matter what side you're on..."

"As long as he takes as many of you out with me, I don't care," she said with a snarl lunging in another assault. Making another slash at the vampire's neck, she sent a kick at the front of elder's knees with a force that would have broken a human's knee cap. She followed the knife assault with an uppercut aimed at Rikku's chin.

Tokeru remained in front of Alexz while Kuro fought her, and did not move. When he disappeared in the shadows, he gave her a moment to register that he was still there, then attacked. It was hard to concentrate on both offense and defense at once, so he stood still and threw four knives in quick succession towards Alexz's heart, maintaining a barrier around himself that would partially absorb blows, but neither stop nor slow them.

Rikku backflipped out of the way at Krii'Ouse's slashes. "All so eager to work together for once...yet in the night your claimed allies will rob you of all you hold dear..."

Rogue, get your a** over here. This is no time for mind games...

Her blue eyes flickered. The hunger was beginning to burn a bit...she pulled a silver katana that was sheathed on her back.

Rogue heard Rikku's words, the power of the diamond beginning to shut Lydia out. Their connection was too strong for now...Rogue looked up at Lydia, her eyes glowing bright as if igniting...they were much brighter than before. A strong force in Rogue's mind (enhanced by the diamond) slammed through the connection and slammed a large amount of power at Lydia, and the young vampire standing near her.

Rogue stood quickly, her eyes moving to Rikku. They could never play fair. Three against one, though Kuro was hiding in the shadows somewhere. Push the thirst away. You will sate it later. A cold voice echoed through her mind. Rogue drew her katana sheathed at her spine and made a run towards Krii'Ouse, to land the blade into his back.

Upon the impact of Rogue's mind assault, Edith cringed for one moment and found herself upon the ground, writhing in absolute agony. She'd not been expecting the mind assault at all and had not at all braced herself for one, though most sensible people would have thought to guard their minds from such an attack. Taking the blast full force had Edith down for a bit, writhing in pure misery and pain as her temples throbbed. Her hands were pressed to her temples hard as though she had to hold onto her head with her entire being, lest it burst apart and be the undoing of her. It hurt like hell since her head had been aching before the mind assault due to her inexperience with them and now it just hurt a thousand times more. She'd been hit by an elder without expecting anything, it'd been a flawless hit where nothing had shielded her from the impact and it was definitely costing her at the moment.

For a few more moments, Edith continued to roll upon the ground, writhing in her agony. A few less-than-subtle hisses and snarls escaped her in place of her normal curses and shouts. Despite the intensity of her hissing and snarling, she was completely oblivious to it as her head was buzzing beyond reason and it felt as though she'd been stunned full force in her mind. All she could hear was the buzzing and all she could feel was the aching of her head and her mind. It was impossible to think and though she had her eyes open to survey her surroundings and her ears peeled to hear anything, she failed in seeing or hearing anything but the buzzing sound that resonated throughout her entire being. She was willing to do almost anything to put herself out of the horrid misery that it caused her and as she rolled and snarled, her inscisors elongated.

As Edith continued to writhe in agony, she suddenly recalled a tip and pointer that she'd received both from her brother and her sister-in-law about the buzzing noise. How she managed to think enough to remember it through all the buzzing was an amazing feat in itself but to actually do it was on an entirely different level. She had to somehow push the buzzing to the back of her mind and find something else to concentrate on besides the horrid buzzing that assailed her every moment. It never fully went away and there were still small headaches, even when mastered but if she was able to push it away and focus, then she'd feel a lot better. Remebering the words of them both, Edith forced herself to concentrate upon the scene on the dock at hand and try to pick out who all were there and who all were not.

Finally managing to subdue the buzzing just a tiny bit, Edith managed to actually see through her eyes again as opposed to seeing the sparks that seemed to buzz throughout her mind. She saw that the dock was actually lit on fire in places and that the blaze was slowly spreading. She saw some really bright light that caused her to hiss and look away, however, she knew that the light was her brother and it helped to push the buzzing back furthermore. She saw Kerrigan locked in a one-on-one battle with Rikku as Sethe made to hold off Rogue. Edith shifted her head in order to give herself a different perspective and saw Lydia beside her, though whether or not the psychic was alright had yet to be determined. And then she saw the most horrifying sight ever and yet she gazed upon it with a softness in her eyes. Her Angel had followed her here and now he was all alone, about to face off against a vampire elder.

Next, she began to hear things and she slowly registered everything until her mind-numbed state was no more and she was able to move again. The chaos that had gathered at the very core of this dock hit her in it's huge dosage all at once and it kick-started her numbed mind. What the ******** am I doing lying here like some useless and pathetic underling that can't even manage to properly perform simple tasks it's master assigns?! I got to ******** get up and do something before someone gets friggin' killed because I'm lying here on my a**! The realization had finally dawned upon her and Edith realized that the precious moments she'd spent recovering from Rogue's mental assault could be the last moments ever spent on this earth for others. She had to get a move-on before her uselessness managed to get someone completely and utterly bashed to the point they could never return.

In an instant that seemed more like an impossible teleport as opposed to actual movement, she was up on her feet and beside Lydia to assure that the psychic huntress was alright. "Lyds! Lyds! Are you alright?!" She hoped that since she'd been standing in front of Lydia that she'd managed to absorb some of Lydia's blow for her. The last thing Edith had expected was an attack on her mind and yet it was the most obvious since Lydia had been mentally attacking Rogue the entire time. Though she felt like an idiot for not predicting that which was more than predictable, she cast it from her mind for now in order to better concentrate on things that actually required her attention. Right now she'd decided that Lydia needed her attention most since she'd been mentally attacked and if she was not able to function then Edith would be unwilling to leave the huntress alone on her own, defenseless.

"Lyds, can you move, are you alright?" Yeah Edith was more than aware that Lydia was at least tens times more powerful a psychic than her and that if she'd recovered from Rogue's mind blast then Lydia would probably would as well. However, Edith still both needed and wanted to assure that Lydia was able to function properly before she allowed the huntress out of her sight in order to join up and assist others that also needed her aid. Tokeru was at the forefront of Edith's concern list as she knew that his powers were somehow different and that they could, very well, place him at a disadvantage in this given situation. She didn't know if he was able to use them properly or if he was still learning and testing them out as he went. Kerri and William were also major concerns as Kerri looked very beat and William was using a hell of a lot of power that seemed to be taking it's toll on him. "Lydia Aidly Jackson, answer me now if you're alright!"

'I fear nothing of the sort, you crazy b***h.' Sethe said, his smile widening. 'If you really want, I can let Esou out, and he'll have his fun. However, right now I'm having fun with what I can do.' He summoned forth a ball of pure force, and pulled his arms back, making it larger; the ball shone a deep violet, and grew in resonance as it did in size. He then thrust his arms out in the direction of Rogue, hurling the sphere of force at the light pole Rogue was standing on. This sphere would rip through the light pole, splintering it's base, forcing Rogue to come down.

Krii'Ouse drew out Saigo Ichiban, his double ended voulge, his prized weapon. The mark of the Omega. Allowing the polearm to extend to it's full form, and he charged as Rogue would be hitting the ground, bringing Alpha to attack first. He'd follow through, spinning the blade around, and slashing with Omega, the opposite end of the weapon, next.

'Unlike you, I have no beast within me. Within me awaits a noble and powerful creature, brave and strong. His power strengthens me, and my power strengthens him. Together, we are a formidable force to be reckoned with. You would be wise to fear us.' Sethe said, his voice reverberating heavily as two separate voices spoke subtly with his, in unison. The voices spoke in two different languages, and not languages of this world. The Tainted elders might have understood them, and recognised the voices for what, and maybe even who, they were.

Alexz quickly moved as the knives were being thrown at her and dodge all but two, one which she caught between her teeth, and the other which grazed her arm. Spitting the knife to the floor she looked up at Tokeru and laughed.

She disappeared quickly and reappeard behind him, "Bringing knives to a gun fight?"

Pulling out a gun from the holster on her upper thigh she shot a few rounds at his back before disappearing again. This time she reappeared with numerous other illusions of herself surrouding Tokeru.

Tokeru's eyes opened, what speed she had, but he did not flinch. He tried to dodge, but could not move fast enough. He took two bullets right in his back, stopped only from penetrating by his barrier and body armor.

Breathing raggedly, he pushed himself back up. I may not stand a chance against her in close combat, but no one defeats me.

Concentrating, he began to bend the light around him, faster than before. In the blink of an eye, Tokeru was invisible, and it seemed as if he was just a few feet to the left or right, never where he was. His heat and smell were just a few paces off, enough to protect from bullets.

Concentrating once more, he threw another knife, making it speed up and shoot out with almost the force of a bullet.

A bead of sweat dripped down his cheek. This was the first time he had ever tried to do things like this for this long, and if he did not get help, he would be in trouble.

Rogue leapt to another lightpole as the first one fell to gravity, almost gliding on the wind as Cady had taught her. An animal. She was nothing of the sort. I guess a good argument could be brought up as of lately, it was much harder to control the burn.

Let alone now.

Her eyes glowed in the night as she taunted him.
"I would be wise to shove a bit of silver up your a**...You're nothing but a filthy dog. Perhaps just as pervertedly loyal, too. Tell me. When she tries to kill you in your sleep because the bloodlust becomes so strong, will you remain loyal then and brush who she is under the rug?"

Krii'Ouse was beginning to tire of her taunting, and decided to play her little game with her. Focusing on the static electricity surrounding him, and the electricity flowing through the light pole, he built a bond between his own charge, and the charge of the lamp. Sethe held his hand out, and formed the link, seeming to wield a lasso of electricity. He pulled himself up to the lamp, and swung himself onto the pole Rogue was on. He still brandished Saigo Ichiban, and balanced himself on the pole with the double-ended spear.

'You wanna play like this, I've got no problem with it.' He began swinging Saigo Ichiban around himself, twirling it as if he were dancing. He then took a step forward, and swung at Rogue, inching towards the end of the lamp, hoping to push her off by his advances. 'C'mon, b***h! Let's fight like real warriors! Stop playing this stupid game!'

Rogue moved out of the way, keeping balance.
"Being a Deathdealer for nearly 600 years...You think I'm playing games."

Rogue flipped backward off the pole, throwing several silver star like gadgets at Krii. Whatever they hit or didn't hit, they would expand in another direction elongating silver shards and shooting out from the original piece in several directions. Rogue landed atop a high stack of large wooden crates.

'You seem to wanna play keep away, you old b***h; or are you just afraid to face me in hand-to-hand combat, cus you know I'll beat the s**t out of you?' Krii'Ouse smelled the silver, and his eyes widened. He quickly spun Alpha and omega in a very fast weave pattern, and knocked several of them away. At the same time, this pattern gave him the concentration he needed to built up an electric shield.

As the stars shattered, sending silver spines flying through the area, some of them were deflected from the weave pattern, as many more were caught in the shield. Three spines made it through both defenses, and pierced his skin, lodging into the skin of his deltoid through the openings in Krii'Ouse's armour.

Krii'Ouse was getting angry now. He lunged down to the ground, his duster whipping in the wind as it coursed under his coat, and landed in a crouched position, his polearm behind his back. He pressed the switch to shrink the weapon, and put it in the holster on the back of his belt. He then threw his duster off, tossing it to the side, and removed his helmet, revealing his pure white hair. He placed his helmet on the coat, and took a moment to remove the silver splinters in his skin, seeming to give a yelp of pain as he removed them.

'C'mon, Leech. You've had six hundred years of experience to my seven. Let's see who's life experiences has taught them more.' He stretched his arms down, flexing his muscles under his armour, and growled. clenching his hands into tightly formed fists, he started to bounce in a kickboxing stance. He stretched his left arm out, and signaled for her to come at him. 'Let's go! Mortal Kombat style, ********!'

Slightly too fast for Kyrre to anticipate, William crashed into him at full speed. Energy crackling and dust whirling around him. A sound like a small explosion was heard as Kyrre was shot backwards at least 20 feet into a concrete wall where he collapsed.

He spat blood onto the floor and looked up.
"Not bad.. I actually felt that one. I don't think you can keep this up though" he says with a smirk, and readies a stance - prepared for the next attack. Taking an opportune moment to flick his wrist towards Kri'Ouse, he shoots a glossy looking black dagger at the back of his exposed head, then waves his empty hands in front of William. With seemingly no movement he appears to pluck two more kunai from thin air, and points them menacingly forwards.
