At least I had cover when fighting Omega, Trypticon has no cover, I have to fight off spiders, and dodge his insta-kill barrage which only ever targets me and not my useless stupid AI who don't even bother shooting at the spiders. Kinetic Dream Zero Omega ROUND OF 16! TOP OF THE GROUP! YEAH! scream I couldn't work for the last five minutes + stoppage time. I ended up just hiding out and constantly refreshing my feed, hoping, PRAYING, that Solvenia would tie it up, or that we would score. Then the England Slovenia game ended. And I started to tear up. And then I refreshed and ******** YEAH AMERICA! I was biggrin for the rest of the day. I still am.
I was watching it at work and when Donovan scored that goal I jumped out of my seat with a cheer.
Suffice to say I get a strange look from my boss.

World Cup of Upsets. I'm honestly expecting Spain to lose tomorrow.
I think it's a combination of three things:
1. The teams that sucked four years ago have become stronger teams with more experience, they've had four years to prepare for this, and if they're serious about playing, they'll train harder than any of the favorite teams.
2. The European teams have gotten older, but not only older, but they've got new, younger players who may not necessarily understand how to play as a team on such a grand stage like the Cup.
3. Ideas I've heard thrown around is that a lot of these people playing on European teams aren't national players, they're all players that play for other countries, that came from other countries.
And, at least in England's case, there's no bloody team work. All I've heard is, "GERARD! LAMPARD! ROONEY!!!!" Yet what happens in England vs. Slovakia? The oh-so amazing Rooney gets subbed-out. There is so much reliance on these star-power players, but no team work on how to use them.

Zelyhon Suyo Wow, watching new Futurama. I am not pleased. I haven't seen it yet, since I've got no TV up here, but that's not a good sign. What's wrong with it? If I had to guess I would say that people would think it's too bogged down by the "plot" over episodes rather than just tons of jokes. I don't think it'll stay like that for long though, the next episode seems like it'll have nothing to do with past ones.
