The first mission of the Leaf team assigned to him was to investigate the murder of the previous Counter Intelligence Team... a few days earlier.
He killed them along with 2 other members of wild card.
He was working with Wild Card the entire time.
There was a sub-plot where (I think it was Ichi) was looking for "Gouman Kobayashi", one of the disciples of the Immortals. (Who was just a little orphan kid at the time)
Edit: That's how/why he knew where Lu was and why Lu trained Inochi.

For those who didn't read the "Hidden Retreat" thread- Denrei is actually deaf and uses her bell to sense things. (Hence why she talked in caps when she wasn't holding her bell)

Lets see... Parka-san (He had a name... but that fit him better...) was the last "real" Uchiha. He was only like 1/4th Uchiha. He was my little joke. He was the perma screw-up in Wild Card. (Like "Tobi"... except he really was that bad)
