Shiori stopped at a bench to set her water bottle down and pull up her hair that was beginning to blow into her face as she jogged. After pulling up and fixing the problem she started off again, leaving her water on the bench, accidentally of course. Shi kept her face down, not wanting to see anything happening or anyone to notice her eyes, she hates being stopped about them. Such white eyes and hair, she was definitely a stand out in the crowd. Not to mention her race. But they couldn't see that. Not unless the moon was where she longed it to be. She felt her joints crack in the yearning. She didn't need it to be all the way, just wanted it to be closer so she wouldn't be yet another thing that stood out in the crowd, running alone in the night in her beloved form. She groaned at the thought and sped up in her jog, "Half way through" she thought and then heard her stomach growl beneath her t-shirt even over her music blaring in her ears. "Damn I'm starving" she said quietly under her breath.
After a few more minutes she'd reached her favorite part of the park; the lake. It glistened in the light that touched it. She'd jump in it if it wasn't so likely to be contaminated. Her stomach turned at the thought. She took out her ipod and paused it before setting it between her legs. "Let's see... So I noticed vampires, hunters, tainted and humans? And a few blood stains. All in this area?" she thought as she stared out to the lake that reflected the moon's light. She worried about the rest of the city's condition. Although she'd only been a lycan for a few months now, she knew what all the others knew, she caught on fast. And knowing what she knows she figured the city was as bloody as the park. She recalled the night she'd been turned. It'd been the 3rd day after she officially moved here. Being changed had just given another reason to hate this city, country, and miss her home and family. In this park, hidden amongst the foliage with some one who’s face she never saw. It sent shivers down her spine at the feeling she felt, the fear, the excitement, the need.
She shook off the memory and started to get up again. "I left my water?" she questioned, turning around to see if it was near her. She groaned, picked up her ipod and began to run the way she'd come. "I have go this way anyway, oh well." she thought, wanting to end her jog some what early. That thought of Chinese food was getting to her. She hurried her pace so that she could get there faster, cross the street and walk home as quickly as possible.
She'd gotten half way through the jog when she stopped and slumped down against a tree. She felt so...odd, so dizzy. "I better just walk the rest of the way" she said and got up to start walking. After a few minutes she felt worse and worse until she just stopped. Shiori stood on the side walk, not even 3 minutes away from the bench she'd left her water on. She muttered something beneath her breath and fell to the sidewalk.

Fate began to fidgit uneasily. She noticed a woman who'd stopped to rest. That didn't interest her much. Her hungry, churning eyes scanned near and far. The Vampire could ignore her thirst no longer. Her fangs sprouted completely, causing abit of blood to trickle from her gums and tongue. They cut into her lips as she twitched around, trying to be discrete. Her nails elongated and upper body formed a slight build. Energy surged through her veins in the place of blood, causing her eyes to blur and focus continuously. Fate groaned a little and stood shakily. In the distance she spotted several humans filling in and out of the mall. She smirked and slipped out of the park stealthily.

Visions of cars blurring by came into her eyes. It was afternoon, the sky painted with yellows and oranges, pinks and purples as the sun faded away into the night. Traffic echoed off the buildings around her. The blazing heat seemed to melt her skin as sweat dripped to the pavement. Her hand began to slip from where it was being held by a much bigger hand, stronger too. She looked up and saw a figure, no face or colors as it stood before the sun. It was tall and the hands determined it's gender was male. His hair strung in an uneven cut down along his shoulders and fell into a sleek ponytail in the back tied mid way. Choppy bangs hung in his eyes, nearly obscuring his vision which was currently to the other side of the street where on a side walk stood to figures; one big and on small. The larger one was similar to the man who held her close, his hair was shorter, not in a ponytail and what little light cast on him he seemed paler, with b***h black hair the flew with the wind's breeze. The little figure by his side was similar to her. Same pale skin and black hair as the man who held her close to him.
Shiori gasped and looked again to the man who grasped her hand. "Mu--Mushu?" she stammered quietly. He looked down as if she had questioned him then looked back to the other side of the street quickly. A horn blared and then a large semi passed. When it had gone nothing was left on the other side. Soon she felt her hand released. Her child self came into focus as the dream faded away.
Shiori awoke on the sidewalk where she'd fallen. She grumbled as she tried to rise up as slowly as possible. She failed to stand but sat up and rubbed her head, a warm sticky liquid trickled down her forehead and face. "Ow..." she grumbled and scooted toward a tree for support to try and stand. "What'd I do?" she asked herself. It was a dumb question for she knew what had happened but she couldn't help but try and think about it. It made her head throb harder. She grabbed the trunk of the tree and slowly hoisted herself up and began to stumble toward the bench that was near by, trying to stay as close as possible to the grass so if she fell it wouldn't hurt as bad. Her stomach grumbled as she walked. "God, I'm so hungry!" she half yelled . A bird fly out of a near by tree that made her jump and loose her balance. The lack of food must have made her faint or something. She tried not to think about it.
After a few minutes she'd gotten to the bench and finally sat down. Her stomach grumbled again. She lifted her shirt up and tore a strip of her under shirt off to wrap around her head so the bleeding would stop. She heard a blaring noise and pulled her ipod out from its resting place to turn it off. She sighed and looked up to the night sky. The stars sparkled atop the thick black blanketed background. The moon showered it's light down on to the city. With a few minutes of rest in her she picked up the missing water bottle and emptied out the water in it, pouring it into a bush not daring to drink it after leaving it sit. Never know what's been around here...
She placed her ipod in her bra and grabbed her water as she began to walk back over to her apartment. She walked slowly out of the park and waited for the walk sign to turn as cars sped by. The city that never sleeps still stirred. She wondered the time and then the light changed before she could figure it out.
She walked across and turned down the corner to another street where she proceeded down until she got to her building.

Ace strolled into the park, the sounds of the city began to fade behind him, whistling his own little tune. He walked the trail until he came to bench, he pulled out a deck of cards from his pocket. Giving them a quick shuffle he practiced one of the more simpler illusions he knows by saying the name of a card and making that card float out of the middle of the deck and just levitate. King of Hearts he called out and the king of hearts card rose from the deck. I still got it. He smirked and leaned back against the bench as the card feel back to the deck.

*Fyre walked around the trees for a while until she stumbled onto a trail. She decides to follow it because she has nothing else to do. She continues to walk along the old trail until she arrives at someone setting on a worn down bench, he is playing tricks with a deck of cards. She wonders what he is doing, yet watches from afar.*

*Fyre jumps quickly up as she sees an object fly from his hand. The object cuts into the tree behind her and she lands again* "I'm sorry, I was just wondering what you were doing, I guess I will take my leave then. Farewell." *Fyre bows and walks back to the trail and disapears*

Sinovia stayed close behind, following the hunter into the park as he leaned against a tree. She quietly maneuvered herself behind him a ways back. She silently made her way behind the tree and lened against the other side. How's your head? she smirked to herself, getting ready for anything that was about to come.

She smirked and spun around the tree until she was in front of him. Hmm, I guess not.. but it was just in the heat of the moment she grinned at him, waiting for his next move. She decided to quickly touch the welt on his head, getting the rest of the blood that wasn't already dried up. Giving him a wicked smile as she licked her finger.
