Some work on the color coordination and color shades can help. It isn't that well balanced. For example, more yellow on the botom, the red of the hair is too bright and such. Other than that, I've already seen this kind of avatr. More originality please? But it's a god thing you generally worked more on the color matching. It's fair enough. :]
