A light wind billowed his robes and sent various peices of trash fluttering in all directions, he surveyed the surrounding area with eyeless sockets, he appeared to be in a dark and dank alleyway. The alley was littered with dustbins, trash bags, and a foul stench. He took a deep breath that rattled the amulets hanging from his ribs, he did love the smell of rot and decay, especially when it was the rot of mortals. A pile of old garbage shifted slightly in the darkness, he turned to face the noise and a single fearful eye stared back at him.
'What do we have here then..'
He lunged forwards and grabbed the vagrant by his jacket and hoisted him into the air. The grizzled man thrashed and struggled in his grip as he lifted him above his head with a single bony hand. He placed the tips of his left glove between his teeth, pulled it off and gripped the mans face tightly with his skeletal fingers.
'Sorry meatbag.'
The man stopped thrashing almost the instant he was touched, Oz threw the lifeless body to the floor and pulled his glove tightly back on. The empty eyes of the tramp stared into nothing, putrid green and black lines carved through the flesh on his face in the shape of a hand.

*He stuck to the rooftops of buildings because of the armor he wore and had to brink his meals when he was out up to the roofs as well like the young woman standing before him. She were a pair of tight blue jeans showing her figure and a reveal wife beater that might as well have mean invisible. She was in a trance as he came to her slowly casually and ran his dead white hands along the milky skin of her neck and let out a sigh as he watched the artery throb rythmcly. His claws nipped her neck and made her flinch slightly but the trance did not break and the little trickle of blood ran down her neck and stained her shirt. Movign closer his mustache and goatee brushed against her neck before his mouth opened and revealed four long fangs atleast and inche long and then swiftly they sunk into her. He bit down hard and drew the blood out quickly and abit slompy, finally he took the last of it and let her ddead body fall the to the ground. His eyes were blood shot now and blood ran from the corners of his mouth and coated his lips, wipping the remians of dinner form his face he went to the edge of the building and looked out over the city.*

He didn't need to dispose of the body, noone would probably find it for days and if they did, he'd positioned the body of the tramp on its front so he merely appeared sleeping. He was sure noone would try to disturb him, the mortals would care about the vagrants life about as much as he did.
He shot a glance around the corner of the alley, it opened out into a long street filled with apartment blocks, each seperated by alleys just like the one he currently resided in. It appeared empty but just to be sure he hovered slightly lower than normal, at about a level of six and a half feet, so that his robes draped over the floor and out behind him. This made him not only slightly less inconspicuous, but also made sure that noone could catch a glimpse of the thin air between his robes and the pavement. He dashed across as quickly as he could, bobbing as he did so to give the illusion of running, and dissapeared into an alleyway on the other side of the street.

He entered the alleyway swiftly and pressed his back to the wall, his bones clunked quietly under his robes against the bricks. His head turned to face into the alleyway, he carefully checked each section for movement, and finally deciding it was clear; carefully drifted along towards the other end.
Something stopped him in his tracks. It was a smell, and a very vile smell at that. He breathed in deeply through his nose and followed the repungent smell which was wafting along the alleyway and up into the night. As the wretched stench became stronger he halted, he was directly above it now but he hadn't passed anything of notice. Casting his gaze directly down he could make out the edge of a manhole cover jutting out from under his robes.
'Perfect.. An Ylem'
As he spoke the words, he waved a hand over the manhole cover and it gently rose from its fitting, grating quietly along the edges of the opening. He then rose his hand above his head, and as he did so the cover rose up and above him also. He then gradually decended into the gloomy and stagnant pipe, the manhole cover copying his movement as if attached to him by a pole, and once low enough withdrew his hand back to his side causing the cover to quietly clunk back into place.

It was bright and early when the Hughey drop them off on the top of the Nakomoni Building and went off across the sky and left her and Sanchez. They quickly went over to the door to the top and used a very small shape charge to blow the lock and entered the building. They only had 40 stories to run down and get back up without getting picked up by the Vamps and whatever else had taken refuge here. The good news was the security system was down so all they had to do was blow the door on the 40th floor and a quick shot to the vault. They left the duffle bags full of goodies near the roof door.
There's an old adage that goes like this "No plan however perfect never survived when it made contact with the enemy." And this time was no exception they stumbled across a sleeping vampire(if you called what they did sleep) and he awoke and saw Bridget and Sanchez; but it was the burning rays of the sun that got his attention(he went up like a 'Roman Candle'). They closed the door and turned on the low-lite/thermographic googles and moved much more carefully down the stairs...the stairwells being a perfect echo chamber. They passed fire doors that had been rip off thier hinges and had to chance that there wasn't anything behind them as Bridget and Sanchez carefully down the stairs.
It took them 2 hours to get to the 40th floor. It looked like someone had torn at the door but failed to get in and behind the door was somebody's attempt to block themselves in here. Sanchez popped the lock with a very small shape charge which still echoed down the stair well; and the both of them moved the door and the junk behind it. There were bodies here about 15 with 3 still being alive; another twist in the plan...they just couldn't leave them there or shoot them down though Bridget knew that the 'Nemisis Team' would have done just that. She gave Sanchez her canteen and he proceded to treat the 3 still alive (water and power bars). Bridget went looking for the Vault and low and behold she found it but it didn't look like the schematics they were given to go over. From what info Sanchez could get ....it was a time-locked vault and wouldn't open til noon. It was also going to take lot more Demo than they carried in with them.

A man and woman were kissing passionately, the woman leaning against the wall, and the man on her, his hand caressing her breast, his other her face. Cady landed silently behind the man. The woman opened her half closed eyes in surprise, but she's hushed by the 'Evil Eye' which all Vampires could manipulate if they knew how, make the mortals think thay imagined the sight of them, their alabaster skin. He grabs the man by the hair and puls him away, "what the-" he was cut of short as his throat was slit from artery to vein, his blood splatters across the wall, and the woman's face. Her scream is stifled by a swift hand on her throat, and then she's brought closer to the silent monster. Hey boyfriend not quite dead, gargling on the floor in a rapidly growing pool of his own blood. Cady closed slowly on the woman, and kissed her neck, her seft flesh, delicate skin pierced easily by his fangs, her blood flowing freely into his mouth, down his throat, he lets go of her throat, her screams dropping to low moans, and finally silence. He drops her when her lungs stop working, and just a tiny trickle of lood escapes her neck before her heart follow suit. Many vampires tried to clear up the mess they left when they were done, but Cady reveled in it. He watched and waited untill the man was dead, the last of his blood trickling out. Pints of it on the floor. Cady tired of his morbid show, only when the bodies had reached the ambient temperature, as cold as he was. He walks away, turning his back on the whole brutal, beutifull scene, leaving the police to report it and the mortals to make their own conclusion.

Cady could pass for human among the mortals due to the rosy tint the fresh blood, as well as the excitement of the kill, gave him. He felt envigoured, and ready to experiment something he had learned, but not perfected, since he was reborn. He wanders into an alleyway, and looks up. He closes his eyes a moment, lifts his arms, and then suddenly, withn a jolt he was about half a foot off the ground, where he stopped dead for two full seconds, before once again beginning to rise, much more slowly. He sped as he reached the fourth story of the building and clears the remaining two in just a few seconds, before moving over the top and landing gently. He laughs to himself as he looks around. A Monster's trick, that was, but it was exhilarating to let the monster go, be something less than human and more than it at the same instant. He suddenly looks at a tall building in the distance. The home of the vampires of New York, would he be welcome? Probably not, he would almost certainly not be expected, despite his advance greeting. The sun would rise soon and he didn't want to sleep under floorboards again, whatever they would think of him, he wanted to sleep under their roof, where their thoughts might drown out the mortal's constand flow of meaningles contemplation that plagued his mind whenever he was not feeding, hunting, killing. He had not yet learned how to respond to the stray thoughts of his kind, but he knew that some could, send messages across the warp of minds to one another, like threads of silver, but he could only think and hope that he is heard. Mortals he could almost command with a simple stare, but vampires, his kind, were far to complex. He once again lifts from his feet, and launches himself through the air towards the building, so fast a mortal might see a blurred silhouette against the cloudy night sky, but no real shape or form.

Suddenly, mid flight a smile, no, a smirk formed on Cady's lips. He halted over a building, low so that mortals on the ground could not behold his powers of flight. He takes from his pocket a small beeping thing. It was a GPS locator, and the ignal it was displaying was not only it's own, but that of two small probes he left in an old aquaintance, not so long ago. They had just been reactivated. She had watched his greeting and now he was smirking at her through the television, even as he smirked from the rooftop. Perhaps he should pay her a visit? her tainted bestial mind was blocked from his, but his technology was always with her, as it was always with her. In a strange way, they were linked, hunter and prey. He loved to hunt her, but he knew it would be a great tradegy if he were to kill her, for her to die by any hand, and so he regrets all the times he has tried. He drops to his feet and puts the locator away, before beginning to walk to where it said she was, suddenly saddned by his recollections.

Cady was most of the way there when he saw her pelt out of the club, her fear at once excited him, and he knew she was scared. Perhaps not for herself, the lovely, brave wolf that she was, but she feared. Feared for her loved ones. Cady felt as if his heart was ready to burst, her emotions pouring into him. It was an obsession he had, and he knew it, but it was one he gave in to, almost as completely as he gave into his lust for blood. He lauches himself off the roof and it appear as if he's content to plumet to the earth, untill he moves towards here with terrible speed, like some dark wingless angel.

Skidding to a stop, she listened.. He was close.. But that noise wasn't natural..Looking round, she reached for a weapons.. Her wolven instinct roaring inside. She hadn't picked them up.. She had only herself.

"..Xan!" He darted out after her, his heart racing. He was going to make himself sick with worry. Trying to keep up, he could never catch up with her. She was the fast one,

Cady flew right over Kin, and actually had to swoop out of his way to do so, a cruel stab at the alpha male who so wanted to protect Xan, but just couldn't keep up. He flies right at her now, fight or flee she had to be prepared for what was coming now. He stops when she turns to look at him, and he, too, was completely unarmed, in his arrogance, with the alpha male behind him and the alpha female in front, each not a hundred yards away, each looking after a child, though that much he didn't know. He was poking at a pair of vicious, brave wolves. And he loved it. He starts walking towards Xan, and he looked exactly as he had the last time she saw him, eye covered and a scar, the scar she caused, running the entire length of his face. He was grotesque, his handome features so pale, luminescant and shiny, though with a slight tint to them still form the blood he'd drank tonight, the scarred flesh only adding to his monstrosity.

Terrified, she was startled when her feet moved her forwards.. Not away. Her wolf knew that Kinikki was nearby.. She could distract the monster - the only word that came to her mouth, he could flee.. Her mind filled with the most odd of thoughts, she swallowed, her eyes still the colour of gold and the pupils still slits.

Growling at the vampire, his blood started to boil once again. Quickly checking his pockets, he hated the fact he hadn't brought any guns, or knives. His heart rate increasing rapidly as he saw who he was looking at, he ran as fast as his legs could take him.
