I don't see why they're mad at him. It's not like be knew that Jacques still had the strength to break free of a 60+ bakudo. Granted, Tetsu probably wanted to let this happen deep down inside, but that isnt for sure. =P

The Bakudo thing is all Lee, but; Quote: "You said it seemed like I had everything under control; indeed, I did." Quote: "You have spared my life, and that of Neida.. I thank you, my friend." Tsukiko heard these two things. The first tells her that Tetsunosuke appeared to know/assumed to know that Jacques was not a pushover and was capable of handling himself. Furthermore, although she had not been paying attention at that exact moment or the few moments leading up to it, she had been watching their fight earlier. If you will recall that Tsukiko was the one to send Aurelius to fend off Jacques for Elisia's sake. She was able to determine Jacques relative strength from just that, and upon learning from Lee that Tetsu used a Bakudo and just walked away, she can infer one of two things; that Tetsu is incompetent in that he thought it would work, or that he let him go.
Of course, that alone is not enough, It's the second statement that was the kicker for her. Hearing Jacques say he spared his life and watching him leave was more than enough evidence to convince her that Tetsu had let him go.
So yeah, she's got plenty reason to be pissed off.
I realize my thoughts are a bit jumbled up there, but I'm sure I can tidy them up and edit them into my post if you think it's necessary.

It isn't like this is real life... s**t happens. People get out of bondage all the time. sweatdrop Neida and Jacques were the two who were most against invading Soul Society in the first place; if I recall correctly. Of course, this is not known to the Shinigami; so that is irrelevant. whee

I know it's not real life, but the Shinigami do have a certain code to stick by and whatnot. I mean, in any military, letting someone go free when you've been ordered to take them down is going against orders. Which, if I'm not mistaken, is treason or something similar to treason.
Oh, and I'm not mad.

Anti-Anime pr0n bill? O.oI don't porn, I just found it interesting whilst I took a gander through my emails. Thats true Taigaa, but Tetsu was never told to kill no matter what... Remember, he left the apartments. Loop holes~~~ Maybe he thought they could better prepare themselves if another Arrancar invasion happened by having Hei study him. *shrug* Everyone is also calling Tetsu dumb, so I guess it shouldn't really matter all that much on the end, now should it? Since he is dumb and all. >.<

I already mentioned this in a PM, Ichi, but even if he didn't hear what Yuki said at the apartment, he still heard her before they went to ME. Furthermore, it's a Shinigami's sworn duty to exterminate Hollow, which is exactly what Jacques is. So, no, there's really no loophole in that regard.

Completely correct, but I have to mention a small error in the phrasing. It's not a Shinigami's duty to exterminate Hollows. They cleanse them and send them to Soul Society. They don't actually kill them unless the Hollow is destined for Hell, in which case, would be death.
A mission of extermination, the actual killing of Hollows so they do not return, is the goal of the Quincy who don't believe that Hollows should be sent to Soul Society and, instead, wipe them clean from existence. Thus why they were hunted down from the influx of souls.
Otherwise, the arguments are completely valid, though I'm still not sure how you worked out Vizard as becoming allies, when Soul Society previously saw their race as a form of heresy...
