The thread I made was something quite important to me, for many reasons, including but not limited to the fact that I recently discovered that people have apparently considered quitting the guild entirely due to misconceptions and misunderstandings revolving around a general dislike of myself. Gregar has run into similar problems, and decided to do the same himself. Mistah just wants to be part of the crowd.
As for getting on with things, those threads aren't hurting anything in the guild. Everything should be moving along just as smoothly as always, with or without them.

Ahh, it seems I'm going to have to be serious. All jokes aside, the only reason I made my thread was because Hinote was the one who told me what the thing about me being more offensive then him and Gregar. I wanted to see if its true and if I really have been offending people because if I have then I feel like I owe them a direct apology. I added all of that other stuff in there because I like to make things fun and uplifting. I didn't want people to be all down and what not when responding to me.

Azeiel, You're new, so you have no Idea how long we've had people hating on us. Please, do not tell us to get a move on, just because you want your applications checked. P.S., every time someone asks for an application to be checked, in public or PM, one extra day of waiting is added. So please, dont tell us to get a move on, we do this at our convenience.

this has not a damn thing to do with my app. I just cant stand it when people do that sort of thing its weak and slightly pathetic.Who gives a damn what they think of you they do not influence you in anyway shape form of fashion and if you let them then that is even more pathetic. Azeiel, you quite obviously don't understand. We may be in charge here, but there's no real point to having power if everyone under you leaves because they can't stand you anymore. If there is an issue causing strife between members and crew, it needs to be sorted out before it becomes a serious problem. I have run into this plenty of times to know quite well what could and probably would happen if it wasn't sorted out, and it's not pretty.

Anyone in the guild (maybe not Hinote) will tell you, I am the strictest person in the entire guild, and I dont let peoples feelings for me affect my decisions. Just like I will not allow my currently growing dislike of your attitiude to affect me when it comes time for me to judge your profile. Now please, stop this, or I will start handing out punishments.
