I'm all for a recruiting thread ^^ I'd be happy to put that up. Both Barton OOC and Registered Guilds are good, I think. We could try for CB also but we'd totally have to work on bumping that constantly >w<;;
For pming everyone @w@ that's a chore with FL not working anymore and all that stuff sweatdrop But it could be done. Though I think someone who's actually crew should do that gonk

Firstly, I would suggest sending a message out to every single RDS member stating they have 2 weeks from today to post somewhere in the guild or they'll be removed from the guild, excluding those we know are gone and not just joining and never returning.
In addition, I would suggest giving everyone a 1 month free period, as in if they don't post for one month, and they have not told a moderator or posted in the "I will be gone" thread that will hopefully be approved, then at the end of the month they are given a two week warning before being removed.
Also, I would suggest making a thread somewhere in the RDS for people who need to leave for a while. That way, incase a moderator goes inactive for a while, and someone wants to let us know they can't be here, then they won't get removed because nobody knows they messaged a inactive mod
Make any sense?

1. In the past month or so, I've only seen like a dozen active members, yet we have over two hundred. So maybe you're not doing it enough then?
2. Why not? It'll make user management easier.

Aliator I think we should make a topic in one of the RP fourms where we promote our guild to the general population of Gaia. Who ownes it, who the "main characters" are, Who the crew are and some facts about them And what we're interested in when it comes to new members and what we can offer. We could also need some more active moderators since it is basically just you and me Star that are "running" the guild while Angel is ill. Of course that would also hang onto my first suggestion. We should also kick out those with 5 posts or less, if they want to come back then sure but there's no need to have so many members that are inactive. i think that promoting the guild is a great idea... I do think that about the banning, that is what caused me to have to take an extended leave of absence and almost got my account banned from gaia earlier this year because people got mad and started a bunch of crap... and we are currently on the search for more mods ali.

my sister is on the phone... i am going to pm her all of the suggestions... she wants to be the one to make the major decisions about this, so I will be writing them all down, so that she can let me know what to do... I will be pming all of you who have given suggestions to let you know what she decided... I hope this makes sense...

Are you wanting to help with recruiting or are you wanting more mod like duties? Recuriting has never been a strong point of mine... Especially since I rarely venture out of the guild fourms, lol. But I suppose I could help out with anything else that needs to be done... Movin threads around, helpin with member issues and what not... Basically whatever needs to be done. But bare in mind as well, as I said, I am logged in while at work, and for a short time while at home. That being said, there are days, not many though, that I have to devote most of my time to my actual work, lol.

ok, everyone, my sis and i are actively trying to come up with solutions to all of our troubles... we will be getting back to the guild as a whole, so if you have more you would like to have change, please pm me and (ali: i don't think the ban should start yet... I want to look at a few other possibilities before we take it to that extreme...)
