i guess it is just me then... oh well... if anyone has any issues that need to be addressed, please pm me and I will do my best to run this thing... I am moving next month and I have been ill as is sis and not that it is an acceptable excuse, but that is what has been going on....

i understand what you are saying, i just have a tendency to be hard on myself when it comes to this guild. i tried to stay active, but couldn't... that is the past...let's focus on the future... shall we?

I think we should make a topic in one of the RP fourms where we promote our guild to the general population of Gaia.
Who ownes it, who the "main characters" are, Who the crew are and some facts about them And what we're interested in when it comes to new members and what we can offer.
We could also need some more active moderators since it is basically just you and me Star that are "running" the guild while Angel is ill.
Of course that would also hang onto my first suggestion.
We should also kick out those with 5 posts or less, if they want to come back then sure but there's no need to have so many members that are inactive.

Firstly, I would suggest sending a message out to every single RDS member stating they have 2 weeks from today to post somewhere in the guild or they'll be removed from the guild, excluding those we know are gone and not just joining and never returning.
In addition, I would suggest giving everyone a 1 month free period, as in if they don't post for one month, and they have not told a moderator or posted in the "I will be gone" thread that will hopefully be approved, then at the end of the month they are given a two week warning before being removed.
Also, I would suggest making a thread somewhere in the RDS for people who need to leave for a while. That way, incase a moderator goes inactive for a while, and someone wants to let us know they can't be here, then they won't get removed because nobody knows they messaged a inactive mod
Make any sense?

1. We do that on a more or less uneven basis 2. No 3. We already have one.
